What Makes Lucia Rivera CC Stand Out
Lucia Rivera CC is more than a single outfit swap. The creator, known on the Gallery as SakuraLunari, has outfitted this sim across every clothing category, so you never run into the awkward default replacements that plague so many downloaded sims. From everyday wear to formal events, swimwear to sleepwear, each look has been carefully assembled using a blend of custom meshes and recolors.
The mermaid tail and bra come courtesy of GoppolsMe, giving Lucia an elegant underwater silhouette that fits perfectly with the Island Living expansion. When she walks on land, her wardrobe shifts into a curated mix of Rimings clothing sets, including cozy knit midi dresses, bow tops, silk shirts, and denim shorts. Footwear ranges from butterfly leather heels to platform sneakers and strawberry slippers, so her style stays consistent no matter the occasion.

Lucia Rivera CC for The Sims 4 requires both the Island Living and Lovestruck expansion packs to function as intended. The mermaid mechanics depend on Island Living, while certain romantic interactions and outfit slots tie into Lovestruck. The content has been tested in-game and works with the current patch, though as with any CC-heavy sim, keeping your mods folder organized and up to date is essential for smooth performance.
How to Install Lucia Rivera CC
Learning how to install this sim is straightforward, even if you are new to custom content. Follow these steps:
- Download the archive containing the sim files and required CC.
- Unzip the package and locate the tray files.
- Place the tray files into your Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray folder.
- Move all custom content files into your Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods folder.
- Launch the game, enable custom content and script mods in Game Options, then find Lucia in your Gallery library.
If you want a smoother setup, the foxygame.net launcher offers a one-click install option that automatically places Lucia Rivera CC into the correct folders and keeps every required package updated, so you can skip the manual file sorting entirely.
Tips for Getting the Best Results
Once Lucia is in your game, take a moment to check that all her outfits appear correctly. Missing CC is the most common cause of broken looks, so verify that every item on the required list is present in your Mods folder. If a piece is absent, the game will substitute a default item, which can throw off her entire aesthetic.
Because this sim uses a large number of separate CC packages, loading times may increase slightly. Merging your package files or using a mod manager can help reduce clutter. Also remember that the creator has specific terms of use: no re-uploading, no recolors, no paywalls, and no conversions to other games. Respecting these terms keeps the community healthy and encourages creators to keep sharing.
Final Thoughts
Lucia Rivera CC is a fantastic addition for players who love mermaid gameplay and detailed fashion. The combination of a striking underwater look and a complete everyday wardrobe makes her one of the more versatile sims available. As long as you gather the required CC and follow the installation steps, you will have a polished, gallery-ready character swimming through your world in no time. Download Lucia Rivera CC today and give your Sims 4 save a touch of oceanic elegance.
