NeroTech: Industrial Automation and Power for Minecraft

NeroTech brings industrial machines, ore doubling, and automation to Minecraft. Build power lines, automate crafting, and scale into a gated late game.

NeroTech

If you have ever wanted to turn a quiet Minecraft base into a roaring industrial complex, NeroTech is the add-on that makes it happen. Part of the Neroland ecosystem, this mod is all about power, processing, and automation. You burn fuel or catch sunlight, double your ores, fabricate components, and wire everything into auto crafters and sorters. Then you push past the atmosphere into a gated late game with fusion power and advanced machinery. It is early alpha and actively developed, but there is already plenty to build.

What NeroTech Adds to Your World

NeroTech is the industry and automation mod of the Neroland lineup, built on Neroland Core. That shared foundation means one energy type, one upgrade-module system, one progression arc, and shared material tags across the whole family of mods. Everything you learn here carries over, and every machine you place feels like part of a bigger picture.

The Production Line

Your journey starts with components. You craft Machine Frames, Circuit Boards, and Nero Coils, then grind iron, copper, and gold into dusts using conventional c:dusts tags, so other tech mods can use them too. From there, the Ore Processor turns raw ore into doubled dust, while the Fabricator turns refined materials into components. Both are recipe-driven, which keeps things flexible as you expand.

Power Generation

Nothing runs without energy. The Nero Generator burns solid fuel, and the Solar Array catches daylight, both producing Nero Energy and pushing it to neighbouring machines and storage. Portable power works because generation talks only to Core's energy surface, so machines from across the ecosystem share one network.

Upgrades and Scaling

Slot Speed, Efficiency, Capacity, and Range modules into any machine. Because this uses Core's shared upgrade framework, modules are interchangeable across every Neroland mod. Placing your first machine also opens Core's Industrial Power progression gate, your first real milestone.

Heat, Pollution, and Real Consequences

Scaling up is a genuine decision here. Every machine runs hot and throttles when it overheats, so park coolant blocks like water, ice, or snow alongside your setups to shed heat faster. The Fusion Reactor will melt down at maximum heat, though admins can disable that for survival-friendly servers.

Pollution is aggregated regionally and periodically rather than scanned per tick, which keeps megabases running smoothly. Heavy industry leaves a footprint without tanking your TPS. It is a smart trade-off that rewards thoughtful layouts.

Reaching Orbit and the Advanced Tier

The late game is gated behind reaching orbit and obtaining Starsteel. That unlocks the high-output Fusion Reactor, the Advanced Ore Processor, and the Advanced Fabricator. There is soft synergy with Nerospace through shared Core tags and the Reached Orbit gate, but no hard dependency. Without Nerospace installed, the Earth tier plays fully standalone.

Automation and Logistics

The Auto Crafter assembles recipes on demand, and the directional Item Sorter routes items by filter. Both expose standard, sided item capabilities, so inputs and outputs hand off cleanly to hoppers, pipes, and recipe viewers with no NeroTech dependency. It is logistics-ready from day one.

If you would rather skip manual file juggling, the foxygame.net launcher handles NeroTech for Minecraft through a curated add-on catalog, letting you install and update it in a single click while it keeps version compatibility in check.

Supported Versions and Loaders

NeroTech is cross-loader, supporting NeoForge, Forge, and Fabric on Minecraft 26.1.2 and 26.2. It requires Neroland Core, which must be installed alongside it and loads first. Nerospace is optional but recommended for the space materials that unlock the advanced tier.

Conventional c: tags on materials and loader-native item and energy capabilities on every machine face mean Create, AE2, Mekanism, and recipe viewers interoperate as the 26.x ecosystem fills in, with no hard dependency on any of them.

How to Install NeroTech

  • Install Neroland Core first, since NeroTech depends on it.
  • Download NeroTech for your loader: NeoForge, Forge, or Fabric.
  • Place both files in your mods folder for Minecraft 26.1.2 or 26.2.
  • Optionally add Nerospace for the advanced space tier.
  • Launch the game and place your first machine to open the Industrial Power gate.

Modpacks are allowed and encouraged on any platform, no need to ask. Use the official files and credit NeroTech by Neroland with links to the CurseForge page and the GitHub repository.

Privacy and Data Handling

NeroTech stores no personal data by default. Optional per-player pollution attribution is off unless a server enables it, and when on it keeps UUIDs only, never names, prunes on a configurable retention window, and registers with Core's shared data-erasure hook. Crash telemetry is handled anonymously by Neroland Core with an opt-out.

Final Thoughts

NeroTech rewards players who enjoy planning a real production chain. From your first Nero Generator to a fusion-powered megabase, every step asks you to balance throughput, heat, and pollution. It is early alpha, so expect changes, but the foundation is solid and the ecosystem synergy is genuinely satisfying. Power it, process it, automate it.
