- Supported specialized tags: PVE RAID, PVE DELVE, PVE DUNGEON, and PVE M+.
- Plain PVE remains a universal PvE fallback and will not trigger subtype warnings.
- Entering a Delve in PVE RAID gear, a Raid in PVE DELVE gear, a Dungeon in PVE RAID gear, etc. now triggers the alarm.
- Mythic+ is distinguished from standard dungeons when an active Challenge Mode is detected.
- Alert footer now reports the detected content, equipped gear type, and required gear type.
- PvP behavior remains backward-compatible.
- Mythic+ key start now forces a fresh gear check so PVE M+ can be distinguished once the run begins.

- Fixed a false Delve detection that could trigger in normal outdoor zones such as Orgrimmar.
- Delve checks now only run while inside a scenario-style instance.

v1.2.2
- Added open-world gear checking.
- Normal outdoor zones and capital cities now count as generic PvE.
- Wearing a PVP set in the open world now triggers the alert.
- Any PVE-tagged set, including PVE RAID / DELVE / DUNGEON / M+, remains valid in generic open-world PvE.

v1.2.3
- Added granular Content Alerts controls in Settings.
- Individual toggles for Open World, Dungeons, Mythic+, Delves, Raids, Scenarios, Battlegrounds, and Arenas.
- Existing PvE and PvP toggles now act as master switches for their respective content filters.
- All new content alert options default to enabled and preserve backward-compatible behavior.

v1.3.0

- G.E.A.R. stands for Goblin Equipment Assessment & Reprimand.
- Updated addon folder, TOC, Settings panel, and user-facing branding.
- Author metadata is now Jibbs.
- Renamed the SavedVariables database to GEARCheck5000DB for a clean pre-release identity.

v1.3.1

- No legacy Gear Switch database identifiers remain.
