YippYapp Helper 3.0.5

Season 2 trinket sims for 17 specs, single target and 5-target.

Each trinket is ranked at its own item level ceiling, since bloodmallet
stopped simming them over a shared range. Scaling bars per row and an
item level stepper make the crossovers visible. Loot Council is scoped
to this season's dungeon and raid drops. Specs still awaiting a re-sim
keep their Season 1 ranking rather than disappearing.

Release 3.0.5: Season 2 trinket sims, and the item level behind them

bloodmallet published Season 2 runs, but the scraper could not read
them: it compared trinkets at the highest item level they all shared,
and they no longer share one. That rule matched nothing and returned an
empty list for all 40 specs. Each trinket is now taken at its own
ceiling, which is what bloodmallet's own chart ranks by.

Seventeen specs have been re-simmed so far. The rest keep their Season 1
ranking rather than being dropped, tagged per spec and per fight style,
and the scraper merges instead of overwriting so a partial upstream run
    never costs coverage.

    Trinkets:
    - Scaling bars per row, split at every simmed item level, and a stepper
that re-ranks the list at a chosen one -- Shadow single target has 11
distinct top-5 orders across its 15 levels, which the flat list hid.
    - Loot Council lists this season's dungeon and raid drops only. Crafted,
PvP and carried-over trinkets are out, with a checkbox for the last of
those; they are told apart by whether they have an upgrade ladder.
    - Expanding a trinket separates specs that have been re-simmed from
those still awaiting it, so a spec nobody has asked does not read as a
      spec that passed.
    - Rows resolve through the Encounter Journal, so a trinket renders as
what drops rather than as its base entry, and the tooltip shows the
level the page ranks it at.

    Fixes:
    - The ranking disagreed with its own numbers on every Season 1 spec:
order came from bloodmallet's, the percentage from a different item
      level basis.
    - Stat variants sharing one item ID rendered as identical rows.
    - A scaling bar grew past the gain it represents where sim noise put a
step below the one before it.
    - Pooled rows leaked their icon under the header and attribution text.
    - The page holds its proportions at any panel width.

What's New is pinned to the release its text describes, so a point
release no longer replays the 3.0.0 notes.
