ClayGrounds v0.3.0 — OCEAN-FIRST WORLD BUILD

- Keeps DAI New Adventure on the proven built-in minecraft:flat creation path.
- Replaces the dangerous end-of-build ocean phase with an ocean-first bootstrap.
- Before island construction begins, a 384x384 shallow ocean is created around the complete authored map.
- Ocean bootstrap is divided into 64 cells; exactly one cell is created per game tick.
- Every ocean cell lays a sand seabed at Y=55 and water from Y=56 through Y=61.
- The authored ClayGrounds terrain then builds directly into/replaces that ocean.
- Terrain and structures retain the approximately 2x TamaCrafti construction cadence.
- Removed the 196 broad water fills that previously occurred near 92%-99% completion.
- Only five small authored local-water operations remain for the Solmere fountain and Verdant water feature.
- Persistent region/class labels are finalized after terrain construction.
- Loading HUD reports OCEAN FORMATION then ISLAND CONSTRUCTION with real combined progress and ETA.
- Total progress units: 409 (64 ocean cells + 344 terrain steps + finalization).
- Exact class altar coordinates, enemy anchors, Grotto gate, Shorewarden spawn, fountain layout, gameplay logic, and CustomModelData IDs are preserved.

NOTE
This is a datapack-side ocean-first bootstrap. A true generator-level ocean preset would require a DAI Engine Java/source patch; the uploaded source for this request contained the ClayGrounds datapack only.
