MidnightNameplates 0.9.5.4.1 - Friendly Aura Runtime Fix

ROOT CAUSE
- Phase 9.5.4 called PopulateAuraGroup(), which belonged to the old aura engine.
- MidnightNameplates now uses Blizzard-managed AuraContainer widgets for WoW 12.1 secret-value safety.
- Existing aura containers also had fixed filters/layout from creation time, so temporarily swapping DB settings could not correctly configure friendly-player buffs.

FIX
- Added a dedicated Blizzard-managed Friendly Player buff AuraContainer.
- Uses HELPFUL or HELPFUL|PLAYER filters without addon-side aura enumeration.
- Rebuilds the friendly container when friendly aura settings change.
- Supports max buffs, icon size, spacing, anchor, growth, offsets, duration and stacks.
- Normal enemy aura containers remain untouched.
- Combat visibility modes continue to refresh through PLAYER_REGEN events.

TEST
1. Friendly Player -> Show auras ON.
2. Friendly Player Buff Visibility = ALWAYS first.
3. Stand near a buffed friendly player: icons should appear.
4. Test OUT_OF_COMBAT: visible OOC, hidden in combat.
5. Test IN_COMBAT: hidden OOC, visible in combat.
6. Test OFF.
7. Test mine-only.
8. Change icon size/spacing/anchor and confirm refresh.
9. Enemy auras unchanged.
10. Friendly NPCs do not get friendly-player buffs.
11. Mailbox remains filtered.
12. No Lua/taint/secret-value errors.
