MidnightNameplates 0.11.3 - Range / Target / Mouseover Alpha

NEW
- Target alpha.
- Non-target alpha.
- Mouseover alpha.
- Focus alpha.
- Optional out-of-range fading.
- Configurable out-of-range alpha.
- Configurable range refresh interval.

BEHAVIOR
- Target state remains authoritative and does not get dimmed by range fading.
- Mouseover and Focus have independent alpha values.
- Non-target plates use Non-target alpha.
- Out-of-range fading only applies when Blizzard returns a definite range result.
- Unknown/secret/unavailable range results do NOT cause a plate to fade.
- Uses safe pcall + secret-value guards.
- No protected frame positions or attributes are changed.

TEST
1. Set Non-target alpha low and Target alpha 1.0.
2. Switch targets: old plate dims, new target becomes full alpha.
3. Mouse over a non-target and verify Mouseover alpha.
4. Focus a unit and verify Focus alpha.
5. Enable range fading and move away from units.
6. Definite out-of-range plates should fade; target remains readable.
7. Disable range fading: normal state alpha returns.
8. Test in open world, Delve and dungeon.
9. Re-test stacking, Elite visibility and Blizzard suppression.
10. No Lua/taint/secret-value errors.
