WoW Level Checklist v0.2.13 (Beta)

Track your max-level specs, races, alts, and playtime.

This is my first public beta. The core tracking and UI have been tested extensively
during development, but this is the first public beta and may contain edge cases that
have not yet been discovered. Please report anything odd you run into.

Tabs:
- Highlights: favorite class/race by recorded playtime, most-played character, most represented class/race, most max-level class/race, total playtime, max-level character count, and average playtime.
- Specs: which specs are represented by a current-max-level tracked character.
- Races: which playable races have a current-max-level tracked character.
- Playtime: combined /played time and per-character breakdown.
- Characters: manage tracked alts and forget deleted/stale character records.

Commands:
/wlc or /maxcheck - toggle
/wlc refresh - refresh current character
/wlc playtime - request current character played time
/wlc minimap - show/hide the minimap launcher
/wlc resetui - reset window position/size
/wlc reset - clear ALL tracked character history (cannot be undone; your
current character is re-added automatically afterward)
/wlc help - list all commands in the chat window

Important:
WoW only reports /played data for the character currently logged in. Log into each character once with the addon installed to build complete playtime and Highlights statistics. Characters without recorded playtime are not treated as zero.

Existing WoWLevelChecklistDB data is preserved when updating from earlier versions.

v0.2.13:
- Switched the project license from MIT to All Rights Reserved.
- Corrected the in-game version metadata so Core.lua, the TOC, and README all report v0.2.13.

v0.2.12:
- Replaced the minimap launcher icon with the new custom checklist emblem.
- Updated the packaged addon icon metadata to match the new launcher art.

v0.2.10:
- Total Recorded Playtime in Highlights now uses years, remaining days, and hours.
- Playtime summary now also shows the equivalent total hours in parentheses (for example: 1y 152d 14h (12,422 hours)).
- The Total Recorded Playtime tooltip includes both the year/day/hour breakdown and raw total hours.

v0.2.9:
- Made race tracking locale-safe by matching Blizzard's stable raceFile token instead of English race names.
- Hardened the Neutral race-group row against pooled UI state from the Characters/Highlights tabs.
- Replaced the hard-coded level-90 race tooltip text with the addon's MAX_LEVEL value.
- Playtime summary now translates large totals into 365-day years, remaining days, and hours (for example: 517d 13h -> 1y 152d 13h).
- Updated package/readme version metadata for the CurseForge release candidate.

v0.1.7:
- Added Highlights tab and made it the default view.
- Added Favorite Class and Favorite Race based on combined recorded playtime.
- Added Top 3 rankings in hover tooltips.
- Added Most Played Character, Most Represented Class/Race, Most Max-Level Class/Race, Total Recorded Playtime, Max-Level Characters, and Average Playtime.
- Updated subtitle to: Track your max-level specs, races, alts, and playtime.

v0.1.8:
- Removed the footer help/command text from the addon window.
- Moved the Size -/+ controls to the bottom-right so the footer stays clean and uncluttered.

v0.1.9:
- Highlights now use class icons instead of specialization icons for class-based rows.
- Favorite Class, Most Played Character, Most Represented Class, and Most Max-Level Class show the actual class icon.

v0.1.10:
- Specs tab is now grouped into clickable class bars.
- Class bars use the Blizzard class icon and show represented/max-level spec progress.
- Clicking a class expands its specialization rows, which keep their specialization icons and existing character/level details.
- Classes start collapsed for a much shorter, easier-to-scan Specs page.

v0.1.11:
- Highlights use a neutral group icon and explicit tie label when the top result is tied.
- Highlights tooltip ranking numbers now display ties correctly.
- Specs class rows no longer show unsupported arrow glyphs as square boxes.
- Races are grouped into expandable Alliance, Horde, and Neutral sections.
- Neutral uses a split Alliance/Horde faction icon.
- Spec hover tooltips were simplified by removing redundant gray explanatory text.
- Class-based Highlight rows more aggressively resolve the correct class icon instead of falling back to spec icons.

v0.1.12:
- Replaced remaining generic question-mark Highlight icons with thematic WoW icons for total playtime, max-level characters, and average playtime.
- Tie rows now prefer a neutral Blizzard group/social icon instead of the generic question mark.
- Widened the split Alliance/Horde icon used by the Neutral race group so the faction emblems are no longer squeezed.
- Improved pooled-row icon anchoring so split and normal icons do not affect each other when switching tabs.

v0.1.13:
- Tie rows now use a neutral group/social icon instead of the green add-group plus icon.
- The Neutral race-group header now gives Alliance and Horde full 30x30 emblems with extra spacing so neither crest is squeezed.

v0.1.14:
- 2-way Highlight ties use the plain two-person group icon.
- 3-way and larger Highlight ties use the same group icon with a small gold + badge to indicate additional tied entries.

v0.2.0:
- First Warcraft-style visual polish pass using Blizzard UI textures already included with WoW.
- Added action-bar-inspired decorative endcaps, subtle gold inner trim, and header/footer accent lines.
- Alliance, Horde, and Neutral group titles now align to the same text column.
- Alliance and Horde emblems are centered in the same fixed icon area reserved for Neutral's split emblems.

v0.2.1:
- Fixed the Warcraft frame ornaments so the full art renders above the dark backdrop instead of appearing as clipped pieces around the border.
- Alliance, Horde, and Neutral headers now share one fixed text column for exact title/subtitle alignment.
- Neutral keeps the two full Alliance/Horde emblems while single-faction emblems remain centered in the same icon slot.

v0.2.2:
- Removed the misaligned MainMenuBar endcap/gryphon ornaments from the window.
- Replaced them with a contained Blizzard dialog-header ornament that stays inside the frame.
- Kept the gold inner trim and header/footer accents from the v0.2 visual pass.

v0.2.3:
- Fixed Haranir race portrait priority: dedicated Haranir race art is now preferred, and the old Night Elf fallback was removed.
- Added subtle contained gold corner accents for a more finished Warcraft-style frame without protruding action-bar artwork.

v0.2.4:
- Added a draggable minimap launcher. Left-click opens/closes the addon; right-click hides the button.
- Added a footer option and /wlc minimap command to show or hide the minimap button.
- Added Blizzard AddOn Compartment callbacks for clients that support the compartment.
- Added a Characters tab with a tracked-alt overview and a confirmed Forget action for stale/deleted characters.
- Current logged-in character cannot be forgotten; forgotten characters are automatically re-added if logged into again.
- Character records now save UnitGUID and automatically migrate future character renames to the new Name-Realm key instead of creating a duplicate ghost entry.
- Removed the faded dialog-header texture behind the WoW Level Checklist title while keeping the gold trim and corner accents.

v0.2.5:
- Moved the minimap launcher outside the minimap and replaced the note-style icon with a character/checkmark themed launcher.

v0.2.6:
- Pulled the minimap launcher 6 pixels closer so it hugs the minimap rim instead of floating too far away.

v0.2.7:
- Nudged the minimap launcher 2 pixels inward so its outer tracking-ring edge sits just clear of the minimap rim.

v0.2.8:
- Nudged the minimap launcher another 2 pixels inward so it sits slightly more over the minimap rim.
