Tagging as version 2.0.

--------------------

Johnny C. Lam:
	- Improvements to the Guardian druid script.
Reorder the Guardian druid ability icons and add a checkbox to toggle use
of Maul when the target isn't aggroed to you.
	- Ovale 5.0.9 has a protection warrior script.
	- Canonicalize parameters for AddIcon.
	- Split rogue rotations into separate icons for different pieces.
	- Split hunter rotations into separate icons for differet pieces.
Remove marksmanship rotation for now until it can be tested.
	- First pass at hunter and rogue scripts for MoP.
These scripts currently show only a single icon for the entire rotation.
	- Add NOTES.txt which currently contains boilerplate script code.
	- Add a button to restore the Ovale profile to using the default scripts.
This is a convenience button so that the user doesn't have to open up
Ovale config to restore the default script before coming back to this
addon to select the script to use.
	- Add some caveats for Opisthobranch's mage script from the forum post.
	- Reorganize TOC file slightly.
Roy Albert:
	- Version 5.05.1 of feral script
Johnny C. Lam:
	- Add scripts from Opisthobranch.
Pull latest scripts from Ovale forums by Opisthobranch:

		Death Knight (2012/09/02)
		Mage (2012/09/04)
		Paladin (2012/09/09)
		Priest (2012/09/05)
	- Update to WoW 5.0.5.
Add a script manager that is accessible from the Blizzard Addon
configuration panel that allows for choosing Ovale's default script for
	the current Ovale profile.

No longer check submodules of OvaleOptions as scripts are now managed by
	the script manager.

Remove all of the old non-working scripts and replace them with
placeholders for now. Add a semi-working Guardian Druid script.

Add a placeholder for Leafkiller's druid script.
	- Reorganize the file layout.
This puts all of the scripts for one author into a single directory for
future opportunities to create load-on-demand sub-addons to reduce the
	memory footprint.
