SIGNATURE FEATURES
  Global Wind Engine
  - One gust signal drives foliage sway, water chop and cloud
coverage. Calm lulls roll into gusts across the whole world.
  Living Sky Events
  - Aurora borealis on full-moon and new-moon nights
  - Shooting stars, procedural Milky Way band
  - Real rainbows (primary + faint secondary) while rain clears
  - Nights follow the moon phase: bright under a full moon,
properly dark under a new moon
  Lighting
  - SSGI: one-bounce screen-space global illumination with temporal
    reprojection (multi-bounce feedback color bleed)
  - Contact-hardening PCSS shadows, colored shadows through glass
  - Drifting volumetric-cloud shadows on the ground
  - Volumetric sunlight marched through the real shadow map
  - Ambient shade tinted by the live sky dome color
  Water
  - Domain-warped irregular waves, mirror-flat in the distance
  - SSR with binary refinement, screen-space refraction, absorption,
caustics, shoreline foam, two-lobe sun glint
Lens suite (all toggleable, Lens Effects screen)
  - Depth of field with smooth auto-focus (OFF by default)
  - Camera motion blur, procedural lens flare with occlusion
  - Rain droplets on the lens, chromatic aberration
  - Underwater distortion, adaptive sharpen, FXAA
  Camera
  - ACES tonemap, eye adaptation, Purkinje night vision,
    biome-aware desaturating aerial fog

PROFILES
Performance - lightweight: shadows + sky events only
Balanced - everything on except DOF (default)
Cinematic - maxed volumetrics, 4K shadows, DOF enabled

KNOWN LIMITATIONS
  - Overworld-tuned; Nether/End reuse the same pipeline
  - Clouds visible from below the deck only (y < ~184)
  - SSR/SSGI are screen-space; off-screen data falls back gracefully
  - SSGI may ghost briefly during very fast camera motion
  - No labPBR resource-pack material support
