Horizon Suite — Objective tracker category colors, Blizzard comparison, and palette analysis for transmog and potential overhaul.

Side-by-side: Horizon vs Blizzard native UI colors where equivalents exist.
Hue bar (0° = red, 120° = green, 240° = blue). Markers show where each category sits.
Current purple/pink: DUNGEON, WORLD, IMPORTANT. Transmog (Collections UI) is typically Epic-like purple. Avoid adding a fourth.
| Option | Hue | Swatch | RGB (approx) | Rationale |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Deep indigo | ~255° | 0.35, 0.25, 0.95 | Between SCENARIO and DUNGEON; clearly distinct | |
| Lime | ~95° | 0.75, 0.95, 0.35 | Unused band; "collection" feel | |
| Cool magenta | ~310° | 0.85, 0.35, 0.75 | Between IMPORTANT and DUNGEON; different from both |
Principle: Categories that are conceptually related should share a color family. Similar colours = related content. Fresh palette — inspired by WoW in-game UI, not derived from existing Config.lua.
RAID uses green to match the in-game raid icon. All colors chosen independently; Blizzard references where the game establishes them (campaign gold, recurring cyan, Epic purple, etc.).
Space for a proposed overhaul palette. Design new colors here before touching Config.lua. Side-by-side: current vs proposed.
When to consider: Multiple collisions, inconsistent Blizzard alignment, uneven hue distribution, or future trackables forcing compromises.
| Category | Current | Proposed | Notes |

Scope if pursued: All 21+ category colors, OBJ_COLOR, OBJ_DONE_COLOR, ZONE_COLOR, highlight, progress bar. Optional: Presence, timer urgency, M+. Migration: user colorMatrix overrides remain; defaults change for new profiles.
