Vitiligo Female Base Sim / Base Sims Ⅰ for The Sims 4
Representation matters in The Sims 4, and the Vitiligo Female Base Sim / Base Sims Ⅰ add-on delivers it beautifully. This custom pack introduces four distinct women with vitiligo, each designed as a clean base you can build on. If you have been searching for more diverse, natural-looking Sims to populate your saves, this is a download worth adding to your collection.
What Is Included in the Pack
The Vitiligo Female Base Sim / Base Sims Ⅰ focuses on four fully realized female Sims. Every character arrives with vitiligo skin detailing already applied, giving them a realistic and respectful appearance that stands out from standard presets. The creator deliberately kept all four Sims free of makeup, so you are working with a truly blank canvas. That choice makes them ideal for players who enjoy styling their own looks from scratch rather than editing someone else's finished design.
Traits and names are randomized, which means each download can feel slightly different and encourages you to shape their personalities yourself. This approach turns the pack into a creative starting point rather than a locked-in character set.
Custom Content Requirements
To make these Sims appear exactly as intended, you will need the accompanying custom content. The pack relies on a skin blend and the Lamatisse Rosewater Forehead overlay. Without these files installed, the vitiligo detailing and facial finish may not render correctly in your game.
- Skin blend for accurate vitiligo patches
- Lamatisse Rosewater Forehead overlay
- No makeup applied to any of the four Sims
- Randomized traits and names for creative freedom
The creator also recommends installing the Sims 4 Mod Manager. This handy utility helps you confirm that no custom content is duplicated or conflicting, which keeps your Mods folder clean and your game stable.
Supported Versions and Mod Compatibility
The Vitiligo Female Base Sim / Base Sims Ⅰ works with current The Sims 4 versions, including the base game and all major expansion packs. Because the pack uses skin overlays rather than script mods, it remains broadly compatible with most other custom content. Keep in mind that large CC collections can occasionally clash, so testing in a fresh save is always a smart move. If you use the foxygame.net launcher, you can browse its add-on catalog and drop Vitiligo Female Base Sim / Base Sims Ⅰ into your setup with a single click, letting the tool handle updates and version checks for you.
How to Install
Learning how to install this pack is straightforward, even for beginners. Follow these steps and you will be customizing your new Sims in minutes.
- Download Vitiligo Female Base Sim / Base Sims Ⅰ from your preferred source.
- Extract the package files if they arrive in a compressed archive.

Why This Pack Stands Out
Vitiligo is rarely represented in The Sims 4, and packs like this fill a meaningful gap. The Vitiligo Female Base Sim / Base Sims Ⅰ for The Sims 4 gives players characters who feel authentic without forcing a preset style on them. Because the Sims come makeup-free with randomized traits, they suit storytelling, legacy challenges, or simply adding variety to your neighborhoods.
The reliance on quality CC also means the visual result looks polished rather than flat. As long as you install the required files and keep your Mods organized, these Sims will blend seamlessly into your game.
Final Thoughts
The Vitiligo Female Base Sim / Base Sims Ⅰ is a thoughtful, well-crafted addition for players who value diversity and creative control. With four makeup-free base Sims, randomized traits, and a short list of required custom content, it is easy to set up and rewarding to use. Grab the skin blend, install the Lamatisse Rosewater Forehead overlay, and enjoy customizing these characters in your next save.
