Tomie's room, CAS Background, Halloween 2023
Halloween is the perfect time to give your Sims a makeover that matches the season's spooky spirit, and there is no better way to set the mood than with a custom Create-a-Sim (CAS) background that transports you straight into a horror manga. The Tomie's room, CAS Background, Halloween 2023 is a fan-made creation that brings the iconic aesthetic of Junji Ito's most famous character into your game. This is not just a simple backdrop; it is a fully decorated room that changes the entire atmosphere of your character creation screen.
What Makes This CAS Background Unique
Unlike standard CAS backgrounds that offer a plain studio or a simple outdoor scene, this add-on provides a fully furnished interior. The room is designed in striking black, red, and white hues, creating a high-contrast visual that is both elegant and unsettling. You will find a bed, a chair, a mirror, shelves, and dark aesthetic posters adorning the walls. Every element works together to create an eerie, immersive environment that pays homage to the psychological horror of the Tomie series.
A Room Full of Details
- Fully redecorated interior based on the Littledica base, but with all-new furniture and layout.
- Custom posters and wall art that fit the horror manga theme.
- A functional mirror and bed that add depth to the background, making it feel like a real location.
- Adapted for horses, meaning the background scales correctly when you are creating your Sim's equine companions in Horse Ranch.
Why Your Sims Need This Background

Using the Tomie's room, CAS Background, Halloween 2023 for The Sims 4 allows you to introduce a character who is mysterious, possibly cursed, or simply drawn to the darker side of life. The background is perfect for creating chilling storylines where your Sim might be investigating a disappearance or slowly losing their grip on reality. Even if you just enjoy the dark aesthetic, this room provides a stunning backdrop that makes every Sim you create look like they belong in a graphic novel.
Compatibility and Mod Support
