TATIANA: A Custom Sim Download for The Sims 4
If you enjoy populating your saves with Sims who feel like they walked straight out of a lookbook, TATIANA deserves a spot in your library. This custom Sim is a Young Adult with a carefully put-together everyday look, shared as a Tray file so you can drop her into your game and start playing right away. Whether you are building a new household or refreshing an old one, she is a quick and satisfying addition.
What You Get With TATIANA
Before you download TATIANA, it helps to know exactly what the file contains. The creator is upfront about this: the upload includes only the Tray items, meaning the Sim herself, and not the custom content used to style her. That distinction matters, because it shapes how she will look the moment you load her into Create A Sim.
- A Young Adult female Sim, ready to place in any household.
- One everyday outfit, styled and saved to the Tray.
- Tray files only, with no bundled custom content.
- Free to edit for personal use, as long as you do not claim the work as your own.
Because the CC is not packaged inside the download, you will want to gather the hair, clothing, and accessories separately if you want TATIANA to appear exactly as shown in the preview images. Without those mods installed, the game will substitute its own assets, and she may look noticeably different. The creator is happy to point people toward specific item links if you ask in the comments, which is a genuinely helpful touch for anyone hunting down a particular hairstyle or top.
Mod Compatibility and Supported Versions
One of the nice things about Tray-based Sims is how forgiving they are. TATIANA for The Sims 4 works across the standard game versions, including the current patch, and she does not depend on a specific expansion pack to function. If a piece of custom content is missing, the game simply swaps in a default item rather than refusing to load her.
Keeping Your CC in Order
Custom content can break after a major patch, so it is worth checking that your hairstyles, clothing meshes, and any skin details are updated before you judge the final result. If something looks off, the culprit is almost always an outdated CC file rather than the Sim herself. Sorting your Mods folder into labeled subfolders makes troubleshooting far less painful later on.
If you would rather skip the folder shuffling altogether, the foxygame.net launcher offers a tidy alternative: it keeps a catalog of add-ons in one place, so grabbing TATIANA alongside your other favorites takes a single click instead of a scavenger hunt through bookmarks.
How to Install TATIANA
The installation process is straightforward, and it is the same routine you would follow for any Tray download. Here is how to install TATIANA without tripping over the usual file path mistakes.
- Download the Tray files from the creator's page.
- Move any Mods folder content into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods.
- Move the Tray files into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray.
- Launch The Sims 4 and enable custom content and mods in Game Options if you have not already.
- Open your library in Create A Sim and find her among your saved households.
Once she appears in your gallery, place her on a lot and you are done. If she does not show up, double-check that the Tray files landed in the correct folder and that mods are switched on, since the library will hide custom Sims when mods are disabled.
A Few Housekeeping Notes
Respect the creator's terms of use: personal edits are welcome, but reuploading the Sim as your own work is not. If you share screenshots of your version, tagging the original creator is appreciated. And if something is not working, leaving a comment is the fastest route to an answer, since the creator actively responds to questions about specific items.
Final Thoughts
TATIANA is a polished, ready-to-play Sim who slots neatly into almost any save, and the Tray-only format keeps the download light. Grab the matching CC if you want the full look, keep your mods current after patches, and you will have a stylish new resident in your world within minutes.
