Social Services Career (New Careers) by KiaraSims4Mods | POLSKIE TŁUMACZENIE
If you play The Sims 4 in Polish and want your Sim to build a meaningful public-sector career, the Social Services Career (New Careers) by KiaraSims4Mods | POLSKIE TŁUMACZENIE add-on is exactly what you need. This package is a Polish translation only, meaning it does not add new gameplay on its own. Instead, it converts the original English text of KiaraSims4Mods' Social Services career into natural, readable Polish so every promotion, task, and interaction feels native to your game.
What This Polish Translation Actually Does
The original Social Services Career by KiaraSims4Mods is a custom career track that lets your Sim work in child protective services, family support, and community welfare. This translation replaces the English strings with Polish equivalents, including job titles, daily tasks, promotion descriptions, and the Work Interactions Pie Menu. The previous translator for this project was Astercholik, and the current version continues that work with updated, consistent terminology.
Because this is a translation package, it must be paired with the base mod. Without the original Social Services Career files, the Polish text has nothing to attach to and will not appear in your game. Keep both packages installed together at all times.
Supported Versions and Mod Compatibility
The Sims 4 Version Support
The translation is designed for the current live version of The Sims 4 on PC and Mac, and it follows the same update cycle as the original career mod. When KiaraSims4Mods patches the base career after a game update, the Polish translation is refreshed to match. If you run an older game build, expect occasional missing strings or mismatched labels.
Mod Compatibility Notes
This translation is compatible with other KiaraSims4Mods careers and with most script mods, since it only changes text files rather than core game systems. It will not conflict with custom traits, aspirations, or build-buy content. The only real requirement is that the base Social Services Career mod is installed and enabled.
How to Install the Polish Translation
Learning how to install this add-on is quick, and the folder structure matters more than anything else. Follow these steps:
- Download Social Services Career (New Careers) by KiaraSims4Mods | POLSKIE TŁUMACZENIE and the original Social Services Career mod from KiaraSims4Mods.
- Open your Mods folder, usually located at Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods.
- Place the translation package in the same folder as the base career mod. Do not separate them.
- Do not rename the mod files or the translation files. Renaming breaks the link between them.
- Launch The Sims 4, enable custom content and script mods in Game Options, then restart the game.
If you already use a mod manager, the foxygame.net launcher can handle this step for you: it lists Social Services Career (New Careers) by KiaraSims4Mods | POLSKIE TŁUMACZENIE in its add-on catalog and installs both the base mod and the Polish files into the correct folder with a single click, so the pairing never breaks. That same launcher also pushes automatic updates whenever KiaraSims4Mods or the translator releases a new revision, which keeps your Polish text aligned with the latest patch.
Choosing the Career in Game
Once installed, the career appears in the normal job search on your Sim's phone or computer. Your Sim starts at an entry-level welfare position and works toward senior roles in social services. The Work Interactions Pie Menu gives you extra options during the workday, and every label now reads in Polish. Promotions, uniform descriptions, and daily objectives all match the translated text, so nothing feels half-localized.
Tips for a Smooth Experience
Keep both files in the same subfolder to avoid confusion when you clean your Mods directory. After every major Sims 4 patch, check for an updated translation before loading a save that uses this career. If text suddenly reverts to English, the base mod was likely updated without the matching Polish files.
Final Thoughts
The Social Services Career (New Careers) by KiaraSims4Mods | POLSKIE TŁUMACZENIE add-on is a small but valuable download for Polish-speaking players who want a fully localized custom career. It respects the original mod's design, keeps terminology consistent, and works on supported The Sims 4 versions with minimal setup. Grab the base mod, drop the translation beside it, and your Sim can start protecting families in fluent Polish.
