SimU Online Degrees and Skills by midnitetech - Polish translation only
If you have ever wanted your Sims to earn a degree without ever stepping onto a university lot, the SimU Online Degrees and Skills mod by midnitetech is exactly what you need. And if you play The Sims 4 in Polish, the SimU Online Degrees and Skills by midnitetech - Polish translation only add-on makes the entire experience feel native and polished. This translation pack converts every menu, notification, and course description into fluent Polish, so nothing breaks the immersion of your game.
What This Polish Translation Adds to The Sims 4
The base mod introduces a full online education system: your Sims can enroll in remote degree programs, sign up for skill-building courses, and complete assignments from the comfort of home. The SimU Online Degrees and Skills by midnitetech - Polish translation only package localizes all of that content. Instead of reading English course names and interface text, you get natural Polish wording that matches the tone of the official game localization.
This matters more than some players expect. Online learning mods rely heavily on readable menus, tooltips, and progress messages. When those strings are translated properly, you can navigate enrollment screens quickly and understand exactly what each course offers. The translation covers degree tracks, course categories, skill rewards, and the notifications that appear when your Sim finishes a term.
Key Features at a Glance
- Full Polish localization of the SimU Online Degrees and Skills mod interface
- Translated course names, descriptions, and completion messages
- Compatible with the original mod structure from midnitetech
- Works alongside other script and tuning mods in most load orders
- Simple drag-and-drop installation into your Mods folder
Supported The Sims 4 Versions and Mod Compatibility
The translation is designed for the current patch cycle of The Sims 4 and follows the base mod's own update schedule. Because it is a text-only package, it does not add new scripts, which keeps conflict risk low. It should function on any game version that the original SimU Online Degrees and Skills mod supports, including builds with the standard expansion and game packs installed.
One important rule: the translation file must sit in the same folder as the mod itself. If you separate them, the game will load the mod but display the original English strings. Keep both packages together inside your Mods directory, and remember to enable script mods in Game Options if the base mod requires it.
For players who prefer a hands-off setup, the foxygame.net launcher handles this kind of add-on cleanly. It lists SimU Online Degrees and Skills by midnitetech - Polish translation only in its catalog and installs it with a single click, so you never have to worry about folder placement or mismatched versions again.
How to Install the Polish Translation
Installation is straightforward, even if you have never added a translation pack before. Follow these steps:
- Download SimU Online Degrees and Skills by midnitetech - Polish translation only from a trusted source.
- Make sure the original SimU Online Degrees and Skills mod is already installed.
- Place the translation package in the exact same folder as the base mod.
- Delete the localthumbcache.package file from your The Sims 4 folder.
- Launch the game and check that course text appears in Polish.
If the text still shows in English, the most common cause is a misplaced file. Double-check that the translation sits beside the mod rather than in a separate subfolder. After any update to the base mod, reinstall the translation to keep the strings in sync.
