Selina Kendrick: A Stylish Young Adult Sim for The Sims 4
If you are looking to refresh your neighborhood with a character who already has personality written all over her wardrobe, Selina Kendrick is a name worth knowing. This young adult female Sim arrives as a carefully styled package, dressed in an everyday outfit that balances casual comfort with a polished, modern edge. For players who enjoy building stories around distinctive characters rather than blank-slate townies, she slots neatly into almost any save file.
What makes Selina Kendrick stand out is the attention to detail in her appearance. Every element, from her skin and eyes to her nails and accessories, has been selected to create a cohesive look. She is designed as a Young Adult Female Sim with an Everyday Dress Only outfit setup, which means you get a focused, ready-to-play character without unnecessary clutter in her wardrobe categories.
What Is Included With Selina Kendrick
The add-on is built around a specific set of custom content requirements. Because Selina Kendrick relies on third-party CC, you will need to gather each item before she appears exactly as intended in your game. The required content covers a broad range of creators and categories:
- Skin and eyes: Sofia Skin, ANGISSI Eyes A195, plus eye and ear presets from Caroll91
- Hair and brows: LeahLillith Veronica Hairstyle, MagicHand Alivia Eyebrows N302
- Clothing: turksimmer Clothes SET364, SL_CC_Dress_93, Valentine's Day_SLCC_Dress_2, and RemusSirion clothes 22-Degradation

- Nails and lashes: Bobur Nails 17, S-Club nails, and multiple Coffeemoon lash sets
- Makeup: FRS Eyeshadow N139, PS_Lip_N156, and additional detail items
Missing even one of these files can change how Selina Kendrick looks in Create A Sim, so it pays to double-check the list before importing her.
Version Support and Mod Compatibility
Selina Kendrick for The Sims 4 is listed as Base Game Compatible, which is good news for players who do not own every expansion pack. As long as your game is updated to a reasonably current patch level, the character should load without issues. That said, custom content itself can break after major patches, so keeping your CC folder organized and checking creator updates after each game update is a smart habit.
Mod compatibility is another factor to keep in mind. If you run large script mods or override files, load order and conflicts can occasionally affect how CC-based Sims appear. Testing Selina Kendrick in a fresh save first is a reliable way to confirm everything renders correctly before you commit her to a long-term household.
A Simpler Way to Manage Your Add-Ons
Collecting dozens of individual CC files can get tedious fast. The foxygame.net launcher streamlines this by offering a one-click install option, so Selina Kendrick and her required content can be set up without manually chasing down every package. The launcher also keeps an organized add-on catalog and handles auto-updates, which helps prevent the version mismatches that often break custom characters after a patch.
How to Install Selina Kendrick
Getting her into your game is straightforward once your content is ready. Here is the general process:
- Download Selina Kendrick and place the Sim file in your Tray folder, located inside your The Sims 4 documents directory
- Install all required custom content into your Mods folder, keeping subfolders tidy for easy troubleshooting
- Enable custom content and script mods in Game Options, then restart the game
- Open your library in Create A Sim or Manage Households and locate Selina Kendrick
- Place her into a household and confirm her outfit and features appear correctly
If she shows up with missing hair or default skin, the most common cause is a CC file that did not install properly or a patch that outdated one of the required items.
