Scarlet Richmond: A Stylish Custom Sim for The Sims 4
If you are looking to refresh your neighborhood with a character who feels both polished and approachable, Scarlet Richmond is a name worth remembering. This Young Adult Female Sim arrives with a carefully styled everyday dress look, making her an instant fit for players who enjoy storytelling, fashion, and rotational gameplay. Whether you need a new roommate, a best friend for your legacy heir, or a fashionable townie to populate your save file, Scarlet Richmond delivers personality and style in equal measure.
Who Is Scarlet Richmond?
Scarlet Richmond is a Young Adult Female Sim designed around a single, cohesive everyday outfit. She is not overloaded with dozens of looks; instead, her creator focused on one standout dress that defines her aesthetic. This makes her easy to slot into any save without clashing with your existing style direction. She works beautifully as a background character in a busy city apartment or as the centerpiece of a brand-new household.
Because she is a Young Adult, Scarlet fits naturally into university storylines, early career arcs, and romance plots. Players who enjoy slice-of-life gameplay will find her especially useful, as her everyday dress keeps her looking put-together whether she is grabbing coffee, heading to work, or hosting a dinner party.
Required Custom Content for Scarlet Richmond
To make Scarlet Richmond appear exactly as intended, you will need to install a specific set of custom content. The list is long, but it is what gives her that distinctive face, hair, and outfit. Key items include the MagicHand Nose Preset N02, the turksimmer Clothes SET367 Esila Dress, Ade Aura Style 3 hair, and a wide range of skin details, makeup, and accessories from creators such as Bobur, Coffeemoon, D.O.Lilac, JH Cosmetics, KikuruAcchi, MagicHand, mermalade, portev, RemusSirion, and S-Club.
- Nose and mouth presets from MagicHand and PSNosemaskN01
- Esila Dress from turksimmer Clothes SET367
- Aura hair in Style 3 by Ade
- Nails, necklaces, rings, and watches from Bobur and S-Club
- Eyelashes, eyeshadow, lipstick, and blush from multiple creators

Missing even one of these files can change how Scarlet looks in-game, so double-check your Mods folder before launching. If you want a smoother way to manage this kind of setup, the foxygame.net launcher offers a handy add-on catalog where Scarlet Richmond sits alongside the required packages, so you can queue everything in one pass instead of hunting down each item manually.
Version Compatibility and Mod Support
Which The Sims 4 Versions Work?
Scarlet Richmond is listed as Base Game compatible, which means you do not need any expansion, game, or stuff packs to use her. That said, custom content itself can break after major patches. The safest approach is to keep your game updated to the latest official version and confirm that each CC item has been updated by its creator. Most of the presets, skins, and accessories in this list have been refreshed for recent patches, but always check the individual item pages.
Mod Compatibility Tips
Custom content conflicts are rare with this kind of Sim, but they can happen. If Scarlet appears with a missing dress, a default face, or no eyelashes, a conflicting override is usually the culprit. Try removing recently added CC, clearing your cache files, and reloading. Keeping your Mods folder organized by creator also helps you isolate problems quickly.
How to Install Scarlet Richmond
Learning how to install this Sim is straightforward. First, download Scarlet Richmond and every required CC file from their respective sources. Next, extract any archives and place the .package files into your Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods folder. If you are working with a Sim tray file, drop the .trayitem, .householdbinary, .sgi, and .hhi files into the Tray folder instead. Finally, enable custom content and script mods in Game Options, restart the game, and look for Scarlet in your Gallery under My Library.
If you would rather skip the manual sorting, the foxygame.net launcher can handle the whole routine with a one-click install for Scarlet Richmond, dropping the files into the right folders and keeping them current as updates roll out. That saves time and reduces the risk of a misplaced package.
Final Thoughts
Scarlet Richmond is a lovely addition for players who appreciate a focused, fashion-forward Sim without a bloated download list. Her everyday dress keeps her versatile, her Base Game compatibility keeps her accessible, and the required CC gives her a look that stands out in any save. Download Scarlet Richmond for The Sims 4, gather the listed content, and let her bring a little extra style to your next household.
