Project Simmy - Trolley: The Exclusive Virtual Pet Add-On for The Sims 4
If you have ever wished your Sims could adopt a pet that no one else in the world owns, Project Simmy - Trolley is exactly the kind of add-on you need. Part of the charitable Project Simmy initiative, this release brings a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted cat into your game. Trolley is a full-body pet lover at heart, and when he is not begging for attention, he is busy doing classic cat things around the house. The best part? Only one Sim player will ever get to adopt him, which makes this a genuinely exclusive experience for your household.
What Makes Project Simmy - Trolley So Special
Most custom pets for The Sims 4 are shared across thousands of downloads, but Project Simmy takes a different approach. Every pet in the collection is hand-painted and adopted out to a single player, turning your new companion into a truly personal addition to your save file. Trolley fits right into that philosophy. He arrives with his own personality quirks, and his love of full-body pets and cat mischief makes him a lively presence in any home you build for him.
Beyond the gameplay itself, adopting Trolley supports a good cause. Project Simmy is a charitable project focused on animal welfare, and all donations go directly to animal-related charities. No funds pass through the Project Simmy site itself, so you can feel confident that your support reaches the animals that need it. You get a unique virtual pet, and real animals get real help. That combination is what keeps players coming back to this project year after year.
Supported Versions and Mod Compatibility
Before you download Project Simmy - Trolley, it helps to know how it behaves in your game. The add-on is designed to work with current and recent versions of The Sims 4, including builds running the standard base game plus common expansion packs. Because it functions as custom content rather than a script-heavy mod, it generally plays nicely alongside other pet-related mods and cosmetic overhauls.
- Compatible with up-to-date The Sims 4 installations and most recent patches
- Works alongside popular pet and CAS custom content without conflicts in most setups
- No script mods required, so it is safe to add or remove between saves
- Best used with the Cats and Dogs expansion for full pet interactions
As with any custom content, keep your game updated and check for conflicts if you run a heavily modded folder. If something looks off after a patch, simply remove the files, update your game, and reinstall.
