Phone Call Overhaul by lotharihoe - Tradução PTBR
If you are tired of your Sims getting phone calls at three in the morning about random gossip, the Phone Call Overhaul by lotharihoe - Tradução PTBR is the quality-of-life mod you have been waiting for. This Portuguese translation brings the full experience of lotharihoe's original creation to Brazilian players, completely rewriting how, when, and why your Sims receive calls and text messages in The Sims 4. The result is a calmer, more immersive game where communication actually makes sense.
What This Mod Changes
The core idea behind this overhaul is simple: phone calls should respect your Sim's schedule and relationships. Instead of random interruptions, you get intelligent behavior that fits the situation.
- No more inconvenient calls: Sims will no longer receive random invitations or gossip while sleeping, at school, or at work.
- Smart invitation logistics: When an NPC calls to invite your Sim out, the mod prioritizes local venues in your Sim's own world, so you are not crossing three maps just to visit a casual bar.
- Relationship filter: Strangers and low-friendship Sims will not call to ask for life advice or invite your Sim on random dates. Calls now reflect how close your characters actually are.
- In-game settings: A dedicated menu lets you adjust call frequency and decide exactly which types of calls to filter or allow.
Revamped Phone Calls Add-On
For players who want even more depth, lotharihoe also offers an official add-on called Revamped Phone Calls. It introduces dynamic responses based on personality traits, so Mean Sims give appropriately rude replies, and it even lets you postpone an invitation by one hour instead of being forced to accept and travel immediately.
Compatibility and Supported Versions
This mod requires an updated base game. Because it modifies the tuning files of the phone system, it may conflict with other mods that make similarly heavy changes to call behavior, such as Call & Visit Tweak by Bienchen (sims4me). Always check your mod list before installing. The Phone Call Overhaul by lotharihoe - Tradução PTBR for The Sims 4 is kept in line with recent patches, so make sure your game is up to date before you play.
Managing a large mod folder can be a chore, and that is where the foxygame.net launcher shines. Its add-on catalog lets you install Phone Call Overhaul by lotharihoe - Tradução PTBR in a single click, and it keeps every translated package automatically updated whenever a new patch drops.

With this Portuguese translation, Brazilian Simmers can enjoy the same experience without any language barrier.
