Pet Lover Holiday Tradition By KiaraSims4Mods Spanish Translation
If you play The Sims 4 in Spanish and love giving your furry companions the spotlight, the Pet Lover Holiday Tradition By KiaraSims4Mods Spanish Translation is a wonderful addition to your game. This translation brings a charming custom holiday tradition to Spanish-speaking players, letting your Sims celebrate their pets during any seasonal event. Whether you are a longtime mod user or just starting out, this add-on makes your holidays feel warmer and more personal.
What Is the Pet Lover Holiday Tradition Mod?
The original mod by KiaraSims4Mods introduces a brand-new holiday tradition focused entirely on pets. Once installed, your Sims can interact with their cats and dogs in special ways during holidays, turning ordinary family gatherings into heartfelt moments. The Spanish translation by RoshySims makes all of this accessible to players who prefer to enjoy The Sims 4 in their native language.
The tradition works alongside several traits and interactions, including:
- Hug Pet and Pet an Animal interactions
- Loved By Toddlers and Children
- Animal Affection, Animal Enthusiast, and Animal Whisperer traits
- Animal Lover, Cat Lover, and Dog Lover traits
This means your pet-obsessed Sims will genuinely enjoy the holiday, and the tradition will count toward their holiday goals just like any other seasonal activity.
Required Packs and Compatibility
Packs You Need
Before installing, make sure you own the Cats & Dogs and Seasons expansion packs. Both are required because the tradition depends on pet interactions from Cats & Dogs and the holiday system introduced in Seasons. Without these packs, the mod will not function correctly.
Supported Game Versions
The translation is designed to work with current versions of The Sims 4, including the latest patches that support the Seasons holiday framework. As with most script and tuning mods, keeping your game updated is important. If a major patch changes how holidays or pet interactions work, the mod may need a refresh from the creator. Always check that your base game version matches what the mod supports before you install it.
How to Install the Spanish Translation
Installing this add-on is straightforward, even if you are new to modding. Here is how to install it step by step:
- Download the original Pet Lover Holiday Tradition mod from the creator's page.
- Download the Spanish translation package from the translator's Patreon page.
- Place both .package files into your Mods folder, usually found at Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods.
- Make sure mods and custom content are enabled in your game options.
- Restart The Sims 4 and check that the tradition appears when editing a holiday.
If you want a smoother experience, the foxygame.net launcher offers a handy add-on catalog where you can manage Pet Lover Holiday Tradition By KiaraSims4Mods Spanish Translation alongside your other mods. Why Spanish Players Will Love This Mod
Playing The Sims 4 in Spanish is about more than language, it is about immersion. When holiday traditions appear in your own language, the whole experience feels more natural. This translation keeps the original mod's spirit intact while making every interaction, trait requirement, and holiday objective easy to understand.
It is also a great pick for family-style gameplay. Imagine a winter holiday where your Sims gather around the tree, hug their dog, and earn holiday spirit points for showing affection to their pets. That is exactly the kind of storytelling this mod encourages.
