Octavia Webster for The Sims 4
If you are looking for a fresh face to drop into your neighborhood, Octavia Webster is a Young Adult Female Sim who brings a distinct look and a lot of personality to any household. She is designed as a ready-made character for players who want a polished Sim without spending hours in Create A Sim. Whether you build a glamorous downtown storyline or a quiet suburban life, Octavia Webster fits right in.
What You Get With This Sim
Octavia Webster arrives as a Young Adult Female with a Random Aspiration and Random Traits. That design choice keeps her open-ended, so you can shape her future however you like. She is dressed only in her Everyday outfit, which keeps the download focused and clean. The creator also invites you to check the included images to see how she looks in-game before you commit to adding her to your save.
Because her aspiration and traits are randomized, two players may end up with slightly different versions of her personality. That is part of the charm. You can reroll her traits in Create A Sim or simply embrace whatever the game assigns and build a story around it.
Required Custom Content
This is a Custom Content heavy Sim, and that is important to understand before you download Octavia Webster. Without the listed CC, she will not look the way the creator intended. The required files include a wide range of clothing, skin details, sliders, and makeup.

Version Support and Mod Compatibility
Octavia Webster for The Sims 4 is built around the base game, so no expansion packs are strictly required. That said, the ColorSlidersUI component is tied to a specific game build (1.105), and it must match your patch level. If your game is newer, check whether an updated version of that UI mod exists before you install. Running an outdated slider or column mod on a current patch is one of the most common causes of broken menus and missing CAS options.
Sliders from LUUMIA, teanmoon, and bloodmoon generally remain compatible across many patches, but always confirm the latest release notes. When in doubt, test Octavia Webster in a fresh save before adding her to a long-running legacy family. That way you avoid corrupting an established household if something conflicts.
For players who prefer a smoother setup, the foxygame.net launcher handles the busywork by bundling Octavia Webster with her required CC and installing everything in a single click. If you would rather manage files manually, the same catalog lets you pick and choose which components of Octavia Webster you actually need.
How to Install Octavia Webster
Installing her is straightforward once the CC is in place. Follow these steps:
- Download Octavia Webster and all required CC files from their original sources.
- Extract every archive using a tool like WinRAR or 7-Zip.
- Place the .package files and the .ts4script file (if present) into your Mods folder, located in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods.
- Keep script mods no more than one subfolder deep, or the game will not read them.
- Enable Custom Content and Script Mods in Game Options, then restart The Sims 4.
- Open your Library and place Octavia Webster into a household.
If she appears with missing hair or clothing, a CC file is absent or in the wrong folder. Recheck the list above and confirm each item is present.
Final Thoughts
Octavia Webster is a well-crafted Sim for players who enjoy detailed, CC-driven characters. She rewards a little setup work with a striking, customizable Young Adult who can anchor any story you want to tell. Download Octavia Webster, install her required content carefully, and give her a place in your next save.
