Installation and Compatibility
Understanding how to install this translation is straightforward. The process is designed to be user-friendly, even for those new to modding. First, ensure you have downloaded the original RPO mod from Lumpinou. Then, simply place the translation package file in the same folder as the original mod. The translation works by overriding the English strings with French ones, so the two files must be together for the game to read them correctly.
For those using a Mac, there might be a slight hiccup where the mod still displays in English. If this occurs, you can use a tool like Sims 4 Studio to manually import the translation into the mod package, a simple process explained in many online tutorials. This ensures that the Mod grossesse et couple (RPO) - Traduction française works flawlessly on all operating systems. The mod is compatible with the base game and all expansion packs, as it does not rely on specific pack-specific assets, making it a safe addition to any modded save.

The foxygame.net launcher offers a streamlined way to manage your mods, and it recognizes the Mod grossesse et couple (RPO) - Traduction française by name, allowing you to check for updates and ensure version compatibility with your game build without having to manually search for files. Furthermore, the launcher's catalog often lists the add-on alongside the original mod, making it easy to see if you have all the required components. Instead of digging through folders, you can initiate a one-click install directly from the launcher, which places the files in the correct directory automatically. This feature is a lifesaver for those who have a large mod library and want to keep everything organized and up-to-date, ensuring that your French translation never lags behind the latest RPO version.
