- Sexually transmitted diseases: Sims can contract and transmit STDs, adding realism to intimate interactions.
- Paternity tests and drama: Discover the father of a child, leading to conflict, reconciliation, or breakups.
- Temporary separations: Couples can take a break before deciding to split or reconcile.

Compatibility and Supported Versions
Before you download Lumpinou RPO (Relationship & Pregnancy Overhaul) Traduccion Español (ChaiBoogie), it is important to check compatibility. The translation is based on older versions of the original mod, so you should verify that your game version aligns with the mod version you intend to use. Generally, the mod supports The Sims 4 versions up to the patch that Lumpinou officially updated for. If you are running a newer patch, some features may not function correctly until the original mod is updated.
Mod compatibility is another consideration. This translation is designed specifically for Lumpinou's original mod files. If you use other mods that alter relationships or pregnancy, conflicts may arise. Always test in a separate save first. The translation itself does not change gameplay code, so it should not conflict with unrelated mods, but the base mod can interact with other overhauls.
