Let's Get Fit Fanmade Modpack by Cepzid | Chinese Translation
If you have ever wished your Sims could hit the gym with the same variety real athletes enjoy, the Let's Get Fit Fanmade Modpack by Cepzid | Chinese Translation is exactly the add-on you have been waiting for. This project delivers a complete Simplified and Traditional Chinese localization of Cepzid's beloved fitness expansion, letting Chinese-speaking players experience every dumbbell curl, barbell squat, and treadmill sprint without missing a single tooltip. Whether you play in Simplified or Traditional Chinese, the translation covers objects, interactions, and menus so nothing feels out of place.
What the Modpack Adds to Your Game
The original modpack, created by Cepzid (also known as Zulf) together with a friend, transforms fitness in The Sims 4 from a basic treadmill routine into a full training culture. Instead of a handful of generic machines, you get a proper gym floor with specialized equipment, each with its own animations and skill gains. The Chinese translation preserves all of this while making every label readable for local players.
Fitness Equipment
- Dumbbells for adults, including biceps curls and front raises from inventory
- Three barbell types supporting back squat, overhead squat, and sumo high pull
- Hex dumbbells for power snatches using two weights at once
- A workout bench that builds both muscle and fitness skill
- A pull-up bar usable by adults and kids, with kids gaining motor skill
- Kettlebells for strength and fitness progression
- A stationary bike that burns calories, a nod to The Sims 2 veterans
- An Exerto punching bag with fresh animations for adults and children
- Box jumps and radio-led exercise sessions for calorie burning
Furniture and Bonus Content
Beyond the iron, the pack ships with twelve furniture pieces that let you design a convincing gym or home workout corner. You will find the Marauder Cabinet and Locker, the Nu Aing Table Plants, a Sporty Decal, The Artiztic Rug, four Gooden Sectional Sofa pieces, an Upholstered Cotton Premium Sofa, the Usk Curvy Mirror, and a Woodland Towel Rack. Two bonus venues round things out: a Skateboard Arena and a Golf Arena, both usable by adults and kids alike. You can even register these activities as a small business, turning fitness into a career for your Sims.
Supported Versions and Compatibility
The modpack is built for The Sims 4 and works across current patch levels, though as with any script-heavy mod you should confirm your game build before installing. It requires XML Injector to function correctly, so make sure that dependency is present in your Mods folder. One important compatibility note: this mod and several of Cepzid's other projects conflict with the older Mercuryfoam martial arts mod, which can trigger script errors because that mod is no longer updated. A maintained alternative version of the martial arts content exists on Patreon if you want to run both systems side by side.
If you would rather skip manual file juggling, the foxygame.net launcher offers a one-click install path for Let's Get Fit Fanmade Modpack by Cepzid | Chinese Translation, dropping the files into the correct folder and keeping dependencies like XML Injector in check automatically.
How to Install the Chinese Translation
Learning how to install this add-on is straightforward. First, confirm you are running a compatible version of The Sims 4 and that XML Injector is already in your Mods directory. Next, download Let's Get Fit Fanmade Modpack by Cepzid | Chinese Translation from your preferred source and extract the archive. Place the package files into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods, keeping the folder structure intact. Delete the localthumbcache.package file afterward, then launch the game and enable custom content and script mods in Game Options. Load a save and check Build/Buy mode for the new gym objects.
Because the launcher at foxygame.net maintains an add-on catalog with automatic updates, it can also flag when Let's Get Fit Fanmade Modpack by Cepzid | Chinese Translation receives a revision that matches a new game patch, saving you from broken interactions after an update.
Final Thoughts
The Let's Get Fit Fanmade Modpack by Cepzid | Chinese Translation for The Sims 4 is a thoughtful gift to the Chinese-speaking community. It keeps the humor, depth, and mechanical richness of the original while removing the language barrier, so every squat, snatch, and skateboard trick reads clearly. Pair it with XML Injector, watch for the martial arts conflict, and your Sims will be the fittest on the block in no time.
