Ivy Rowan: A Charming Toddler Sim for The Sims 4
If you are looking to add a fresh face to your Sims 4 families, Ivy Rowan is a delightful toddler Sim that brings personality and style to any household. Created by the talented Miss_k.lo, Ivy is a female toddler with a random aspiration and random traits, making her a versatile addition that fits naturally into a wide range of storylines. Whether you are building a legacy family or simply want a cute new character to play with, Ivy Rowan offers a polished, ready-to-use Sim that requires minimal setup.
What Makes Ivy Rowan Special
Ivy Rowan stands out because she arrives with all outfits included, so you do not need to spend time hunting down individual pieces of custom content. Her look is carefully curated, blending soft colors and cozy toddler fashion that feels right at home in The Sims 4. The creator has also made the custom content used for Ivy available through their Patreon, which means you can recreate her exact appearance or mix and match pieces to suit your own style.
One of the best things about Ivy is her flexibility. Because her aspiration and traits are randomized, she can grow into any role you imagine for her. She works well in family-oriented saves, generational challenges, and even as a background character in a larger neighborhood story. This adaptability makes her a smart choice for players who enjoy organic storytelling.
Supported Versions and Compatibility
Ivy Rowan is designed to work with the base game and is compatible with the latest patches for The Sims 4. She does not require any expansion packs to function, though players with additional packs may find even more ways to customize her wardrobe and environment. As with any custom Sim, it is always a good idea to ensure your game is updated to the most recent version before installing, so that all custom content loads correctly.
Mod compatibility is another important consideration. Ivy Rowan relies on custom content for her appearance, so keeping your CC folder organized will help avoid conflicts. If you use a mod manager or a launcher such as the one available at foxygame.net, you can streamline the process: the foxygame.net launcher groups add-ons like Ivy Rowan in a single catalog, letting you install her with one click and keep her files automatically updated. This is especially handy for players who maintain large libraries of custom Sims and want to avoid manual downloads.
How to Install Ivy Rowan
Learning how to install Ivy Rowan is straightforward, even if you are new to custom content. Follow these simple steps to get her into your game:
- Download Ivy Rowan from the creator's Patreon page or an approved Sims 4 custom content site.
- Extract the downloaded files using a program like WinRAR or 7-Zip.
- Locate your Sims 4 Mods folder, typically found in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods.

Tips for Using Ivy Rowan in Your Game
To get the most out of Ivy Rowan, consider pairing her with other custom Sims from the same creator for a cohesive family look. You can also adjust her outfits in Create a Sim to match different seasons or occasions. Because her traits are random, you may want to reroll them if you have a specific personality in mind, or simply embrace the surprise and let her story unfold naturally.
The creator encourages players to share screenshots and tag them on social media, which is a great way to connect with the Sims 4 community and discover more custom content. Just remember not to re-upload or claim Ivy Rowan as your own, as a sign of respect for the original creator and the custom content artists involved.
