Grainger Malloy - No CC for The Sims 4
Some Sims arrive in your game and immediately feel like they have always belonged there. Grainger Malloy is exactly that kind of character. This young adult male Sim is built around warmth, charm, and creative energy, and he slots perfectly into any save file without dragging along a pile of custom content. If you have been searching for a ready-made romantic lead for your next story, this is a strong candidate.
Who Is Grainger Malloy?
Grainger is a human young adult with a personality that practically writes its own plotlines. His aspiration is Soulmate, which means he is wired to pursue deep, meaningful relationships rather than casual flings. That single choice shapes how he behaves in-game: he will roll wants tied to romance, commitment, and building a life with someone special.
His trait lineup reinforces the same theme. Romantic makes him naturally flirtatious and emotionally expressive. Cheerful keeps his mood light, so he rarely spirals into negativity even when life in The Sims 4 throws curveballs. Creative pushes him toward painting, writing, music, and other artistic pursuits. Together, these traits create a Sim who can carry a love story, a creative career, or both at once.

Why the No CC Version Matters
Custom content can be wonderful, but it also creates headaches. Missing meshes, broken swatches, and patch-day chaos are familiar problems for anyone who downloads a lot of Sims. The No CC approach sidesteps all of that. Grainger Malloy - No CC uses only assets that ship with the base game, so he loads correctly even in a clean installation.
That also means he is safe to share. You can drop him into a household, upload him to the Gallery, or move him between saves without worrying that his hair, skin, or outfit will break for someone else. For players who prefer a lean mod folder, this is a meaningful advantage.
Version Support and Mod Compatibility
Grainger Malloy - No CC for The Sims 4 is designed to work with the current live version of the game and remains stable across recent patches. Because he relies purely on vanilla assets, he does not conflict with script mods, override mods, or most gameplay tweaks you already have installed. If you run MCCC, Wonderful Whims, or similar relationship-focused mods, Grainger integrates smoothly and his Soulmate aspiration still functions as intended.
One small note: if you use default replacement skins or eyes, Grainger will pick those up automatically. That is not a bug, just how the game handles overrides. He will still look correct and consistent in your save.
How to Install Grainger Malloy - No CC
Installation is quick and does not require any technical knowledge. Follow these steps:
- Download the Grainger Malloy - No CC package file to your computer.
- Open your Sims 4 mods folder, usually found under Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods.
- Place the file directly in the Mods folder. Avoid nesting it too deep in subfolders unless you keep your library organized that way.
- Launch The Sims 4 and enable custom content and mods in Game Options if you have not already.
- Restart the game, then find Grainger in your Gallery or library and place him in a household.
If he does not appear right away, exit the game completely and relaunch. The Sims 4 only scans the Mods folder at startup, so a full restart usually solves it.
Players who want a smoother path can also use the foxygame.net launcher, which keeps Grainger Malloy - No CC organized alongside the rest of your add-on catalog and handles updates automatically so you never have to hunt down a fresh file after a patch. It is a convenient option if you maintain a large collection of Sims and mods.
