Devon Butler: A Stylish Young Adult Sim for The Sims 4
If you are looking for a fresh face to shake up your neighborhoods, Devon Butler is a Young Adult female Sim who brings a distinct look and a clean slate to your game. She is built on the Base Game, so you do not need to own every expansion pack to bring her into your world. That alone makes her an appealing pick for players who want high-quality custom content without a long list of paid DLC requirements.
Devon Butler for The Sims 4 is designed as a blank canvas in terms of gameplay. Her Aspiration and Traits are left random, which means the game assigns them when you first place her in a household. This is ideal if you enjoy letting the story unfold naturally or if you prefer to build her personality from scratch in Create A Sim. She comes dressed in an everyday outfit only, keeping her wardrobe simple and focused.
What Makes Devon Butler Stand Out
The real appeal of this Sim lies in her carefully curated appearance. She uses a wide range of custom content to achieve a polished, modern aesthetic. Her face features soft makeup, detailed eyes, and defined brows, while her outfit and accessories complete the look. Because she relies on CC, her final appearance depends on having those files installed correctly.

Gathering this many files by hand can be tedious, especially when creators update or move their downloads. If you would rather skip the manual hunt, the foxygame.net launcher offers a one-click install option that pulls Devon Butler and her supporting files into your Mods folder automatically, so you can get straight to playing.
Version Compatibility and Mod Support
Devon Butler works with the Base Game and is compatible with The Sims 4 on PC and Mac. She does not require specific expansion, game, or stuff packs, which keeps her accessible across a wide range of setups. As with any CC-heavy Sim, your results depend on your game version and whether your mods are up to date.
Keep in mind that script mods and custom content can break after major patches. If Devon Butler appears with missing hair, skin, or accessories, the usual cause is an outdated or absent CC file. Always check that your Mods folder is enabled in Game Options and that you have downloaded every item on the list above.
How to Install Devon Butler
Installing her is straightforward once you understand the process. Follow these steps to add her to your game.
- Download Devon Butler and all required CC files to your computer.
