If you are looking to refresh your neighborhood with a Sim who has genuine personality and a wardrobe worth screenshotting, Dakota Melendez deserves a spot in your library. This Young Adult female Sim arrives with a carefully curated everyday look, curly hair, and a style that fits right into modern Save files. Whether you play rotationally or focus on one household, she brings instant character to any lot.
Who Is Dakota Melendez?
Dakota Melendez is a Young Adult female Sim designed around a single, polished outfit: her Everyday Dress. That focus keeps her easy to use and easy to customize. You can drop her into any household, give her a career, build her relationships, and let her story unfold. Because she is Base Game compatible, you do not need to own every expansion pack to enjoy her. She works for players running the standard Base Game, and she also fits smoothly into fully modded setups across current The Sims 4 versions, including post-patch game builds.
What You Need Before You Install
Dakota Melendez is a custom content Sim, which means her appearance depends on a specific list of CC items. To see her exactly as intended, you must have all the required packages installed. Missing files will cause parts of her outfit, hair, skin, or accessories to disappear or be replaced with default assets.
Her required content covers several categories:
- Hair: WINGS HAIR TS4 ER0106 for her signature curly look
- Outfit: Belaloallure Clorissa skirt, Saliwa Casual Soft Jeans, and a silk stockings set
- Footwear: Jius Suede Pumps, Jius Knitted Socks, Beckysims Fila Fluid Trainers, and Sunberry Heart Fur Boots
- Accessories: S-Club watches, necklaces, and nails, plus hoop piercings and a butterfly ring
- Skin and face: Northern Siberia Winds skin overlays, skin tones, eyes, lips, ears, and blush presets
- Details: Angissi eyeliner, Caroll91 brows, and SMSims ruby eyelashes
Gather every item on the list before you begin. It is the single biggest factor in getting a clean result.
