Choosing the Right Version for Your Game
To ensure maximum compatibility, the creator has released two distinct versions of the Creamy Soup with Salmon and Vegetables. You should install only one version, depending on your current mod setup. This careful design ensures that the recipe works flawlessly with your game, whether you use overhaul mods or stick to the vanilla experience.
EA Version vs. Custom Version
The EA version is designed for players who are playing without the Realistic Cooking Mod or the SimCity Cooking Overhaul (SCCO). If your game is relatively vanilla or only uses light mods, this is the version for you. On the other hand, the Custom version is specifically tailored for players who have the Realistic Cooking Mod and/or SCCO installed. This version integrates with those mods' systems, ensuring that ingredients, cooking steps, and recipes align perfectly with your existing gameplay mechanics. This dual-release system is a testament to the creator's dedication to the community.
Required Companion Add-on
Before you can cook this delicious soup, you must have the Cookbook S&S installed. This is a mandatory requirement, as the recipe is accessed through this specific cookbook. Without it, the recipe will not appear in your Sim's cooking options. Make sure to download the Cookbook S&S from the same creator to ensure everything works together seamlessly. This dependency is common for high-quality custom content, as it allows for a more organized and immersive cooking system.
