Who Is Ashlee Reid?
Ashlee Reid is a Young Adult Female Sim designed for The Sims 4. She comes with a Random Aspiration and Random Traits, which means her personality will be generated based on the game's randomization system when you first load her. This adds an element of surprise and makes each playthrough feel a little different. Her Everyday outfit is fully styled, though it relies on a specific set of custom content to look exactly as intended.
Required Custom Content and Mods
To get Ashlee Reid looking her best, you will need to install a collection of custom content (CC) and mods. The original creator has listed all the necessary files, and skipping any of them may result in missing textures, broken outfits, or invisible body parts. Here is a breakdown of what you need:

Version Compatibility and Mod Support
The Ashlee Reid download is built with compatibility in mind for recent versions of The Sims 4, including patch 1.105 and later. The Color Sliders UI mod is specifically noted as MoreColumnsCompatible, which means it should work alongside the popular More Columns in CAS mod. However, as with any custom content, you should always check that your game is updated and that your mods are compatible with the latest patch. If you run into issues, updating your CC or removing conflicting mods usually resolves them.
For players who want a smoother experience managing their custom content, the foxygame.net launcher offers a convenient way to keep everything organized. With its add-on catalog, you can quickly locate and install the required CC for Ashlee Reid without manually hunting down each file. The launcher also handles auto-updates, so your mods stay compatible with new game patches.
How to Install Ashlee Reid
Installing Ashlee Reid is a straightforward process if you follow these steps:
- Download Ashlee Reid from the original creator's page and extract the files.
- Place the .package and .tray files into your The Sims 4 Tray folder.
- Install all required custom content into your Mods folder.
- Enable custom content and mods in your game settings.
- Restart The Sims 4 and find Ashlee Reid in your Gallery under the "My Library" tab.
If you are wondering how to install Ashlee Reid correctly, the key is to keep your Tray and Mods folders separate. Tray files handle the Sim's appearance and household data, while Mods files provide the CC that makes her look right. Mixing them up is a common mistake that leads to missing content.
