The culinary modding community has outdone itself with the Apple Restaurant Food Set: Bacon Burger, a delicious custom food add-on that brings a hearty, bacon-topped burger straight to your Sims' plates. Whether you are running a five-star bistro or just want to spice up your Sim's home delivery options, this add-on is a must-have for any foodie-focused playthrough.
This unique mod is not just about adding a single item; it introduces a fully functional burger that integrates with the game's restaurant system. Designed by the talented creator Apple, this food set is perfect for players who want to expand their culinary horizons beyond the base game recipes. The attention to detail in the mesh and texture makes the Bacon Burger look good enough to eat, and the gameplay integration ensures that your Sims will actually enjoy ordering it.
What Does the Bacon Burger Add to Your Game?
The core of this add-on is the Bacon Burger itself, a savory treat that combines a classic beef patty with crispy bacon strips. But the mod goes beyond just a visual upgrade. When you download Apple Restaurant Food Set: Bacon Burger, you are adding a new dish that can be placed on any restaurant menu. This means your Sim can visit a lot, edit the custom menu, and add the Bacon Burger for their patrons to order. It is a fantastic way to give your restaurant a signature dish that stands out from the standard fare.
Here is a quick breakdown of what you get with this mod:
- A high-quality, custom Bacon Burger mesh and texture.
- Full integration with the Dine Out Game Pack for restaurant menus.
- Compatibility with the Insimnia Eats 2.0 delivery system.
- Support for Grannies/Zero's compatible version for broader mod support.
Dine Out and Delivery Options
To get the most out of this mod, you will need the Dine Out Game Pack. The mod is specifically designed to work with the restaurant functionality, allowing you to add the burger to your custom menus. However, if you do not own Dine Out, there is still a way to enjoy this food. The mod is also compatible with the Insimnia Eats Delivery system, meaning you can order the Bacon Burger for a cozy night in without ever leaving your lot.
It is important to note that the creator highly recommends using Carl's Dine Out mod alongside this food set. Dine Out is notoriously glitchy, and Carl's mod fixes many of the core issues, ensuring that your restaurant runs smoothly and that your customers actually receive their food in a timely manner. This combination is the best way to experience the Apple Restaurant Food Set: Bacon Burger for The Sims 4 without frustration.
