Yubi's Easter Paintings
Spring has arrived in the blocky world, and what better way to celebrate than by giving your Minecraft home a festive makeover? Yubi's Easter Paintings is a delightful resource pack that replaces the standard in-game paintings with charming Easter-themed artwork. From colorful eggs and fluffy bunnies to pastel spring scenes, this pack instantly adds a touch of seasonal joy to any build. Whether you are designing a cozy cottage, a grand Easter egg hunt arena, or simply want to brighten up your survival base, these custom paintings are the perfect finishing touch.
What Makes Yubi's Easter Paintings Special?
Unlike many resource packs that overhaul entire textures, Yubi's Easter Paintings focuses exclusively on the painting items. This means you can keep your favorite default look or combine it with other packs without conflicts. The pack includes a curated set of high-quality, vanilla-friendly designs that feel right at home in Minecraft's aesthetic. Each painting is carefully crafted to evoke the warmth and whimsy of Easter, making your interiors feel more alive and personalized.
The pack is a reimagined version of a popular Bedrock Edition project by Yubi_Mods, now adapted for Java Edition. It brings the same beloved artwork to a wider audience, ensuring that no matter which platform you prefer, you can enjoy these seasonal decorations. The paintings are easy to use and even easier to share—you are free to include them in your own texture packs, as long as you give proper credit.

Compatibility and Supported Versions
Yubi's Easter Paintings is designed for Minecraft Java Edition and works seamlessly with versions 1.19 through the latest 1.20.x releases. Since it only modifies painting textures, it is inherently compatible with OptiFine, Sodium, and other performance mods. There is no need for Forge or Fabric; the pack runs on the vanilla resource pack system. This makes it an excellent choice for players who want a lightweight, hassle-free addition to their game. The pack also plays nicely with other resource packs, as long as they do not alter the same painting files. If you do encounter a conflict, simply place Yubi's Easter Paintings higher in the resource pack list to give it priority.
Customizing Your Own Texture Pack with Easter Paintings
One of the standout features of this add-on is its permissive license. Yubi_Mods encourages creators to incorporate these Easter paintings into their own unofficial texture packs. To do so, just extract the painting files from the pack and paste them into your own resource pack's assets/minecraft/textures/painting folder. This flexibility means you can blend the festive artwork with your favorite custom textures, creating a truly unique Minecraft experience. Whether you are a seasoned pack maker or a beginner experimenting with your first edit, these paintings are a wonderful resource to build upon.
Why Easter-Themed Decor Matters in Minecraft
Minecraft is a game of endless creativity, and seasonal decorations add a layer of immersion that keeps the world feeling fresh. Easter, with its themes of renewal and color, is a perfect opportunity to refresh your builds. Custom paintings like those in Yubi's pack allow you to tell a story or set a mood without altering the core gameplay. Imagine walking into a village church adorned with stained-glass-style Easter art, or a hidden bunny burrow lined with playful rabbit portraits. These small details can transform a simple structure into a memorable scene, and they are especially fun for multiplayer servers hosting holiday events.
