Well, now you can satisfy that craving with the delightful Nutelli (A Sweetened Peanut Cocoa Spread) And Peanuts add-on. This unique mod brings the beloved taste of a certain hazelnut-cocoa spread straight into your blocky adventures, but getting your hands on it is no simple picnic. It’s a journey filled with new resources, strange creatures, and a brand-new dimension to conquer.
What Does This Add-On Bring to Your World?
This isn't just a simple food mod. The Nutelli (A Sweetened Peanut Cocoa Spread) And Peanuts for Minecraft introduces a complete progression system. You will need to explore, fight, and craft your way to the ultimate prize: a jar of delicious Nutelli. The mod is designed to be challenging, rewarding players who are willing to put in the effort to explore every nook and cranny of its new content. It is a perfect blend of adventure and culinary reward, giving you a tangible goal that feels satisfying to achieve.
The Journey Begins: Collecting Sap and Sappy Obsidian
Your quest starts in the overworld. To create the portal to the new dimension where Nutelli is found, you must first collect a special resource called Sap. This isn't found by tapping trees; instead, you must hunt down a hostile mob known as the Allergic Reaction. Defeating these creatures will yield the sap you need. Once you have a good amount, you'll follow the recipe for Sappy Obsidian. You will need to craft this block at least ten times to have enough to build your portal frame.
Building the frame is similar to constructing a Nether portal, but the similarities end there. To activate this new gateway, you cannot use a flint and steel. You will need to craft a special Portal Igniter, which is made using the Peanut Butter you've also learned to create. This igniter is the key to unlocking the next stage of your adventure.
Inside the New Dimension and Crafting Nutelli
Once you step through the ignited portal, you will find yourself in a strange new world. This dimension is the source of the ingredients you need. Here, you will find peanuts and other resources necessary for your final creation. The environment is dangerous, but the rewards are worth it. Your main goal is to gather the components to craft the star of the show: Nutelli. The recipe combines your freshly made Peanut Butter with the cocoa and sweetness found in this new land, resulting in a spread that is both a powerful food item and a trophy of your exploration.
To help you along the way, the mod includes an in-game guide. You can open this guide by pressing the G key (by default). This handy reference will show you all the recipes, mobs, and block information you need, ensuring you never get lost on your culinary quest. It is an invaluable tool for both new and veteran players.
