Creeper Totem Pack
Minecraft is full of iconic items, but few are as valuable as the Totem of Undying. It saves you from certain death, yet its default appearance can feel a bit lackluster after the hundredth rescue. The Creeper Totem Pack changes that by giving your totem a fresh, explosive makeover. Instead of the standard golden figurine, you will see a creeper face staring back at you, adding a playful twist to your hardcore survival runs or casual adventures.
What Is the Creeper Totem Pack?
The Creeper Totem Pack is a resource pack that retextures the Totem of Undying into a creeper-themed design. Created by Snackse, this pack swaps the standard golden idol for a grinning creeper face, complete with the familiar green and black pixel pattern. It is a purely cosmetic change, so your gameplay mechanics remain untouched. Whether you are exploring ancient cities or fighting off pillager raids, your totem will now reflect your love for Minecraft's most iconic hostile mob.
Key Features of the Creeper Totem Pack
- Unique creeper texture: The totem displays a detailed creeper face, instantly recognizable and far more expressive than the original.
- Lightweight and performance-friendly: The pack only replaces a single texture file, so it has zero impact on FPS or load times.
- Easy to combine: Works alongside other resource packs, shaders, and mods without conflicts.
- Survival and multiplayer ready: The visual change is client-side, meaning you can use it on any server without affecting other players.

It is perfect for players who enjoy lighthearted visual mods, creeper enthusiasts, or anyone tired of the default totem design. The pack is also a great conversation starter in multiplayer sessions — your friends will notice the change immediately.
Compatibility and Supported Versions
The Creeper Totem Pack is designed for Minecraft Java Edition and works with all recent versions, including 1.20, 1.19, and 1.18. Because it only modifies a single texture, it is inherently compatible with any version that uses the standard totem texture path. It also works seamlessly with OptiFine, allowing you to combine the creeper totem with connected textures, dynamic lighting, and other visual enhancements. For players who download Creeper Totem Pack and want to use it in modded environments, it does not interfere with Forge or Fabric loaders since it is a client-side resource pack.

The Creeper Totem Pack for Minecraft is a small but delightful addition to your game. It takes a beloved item and gives it a fresh, creeper-inspired look without any performance cost or complicated setup. Whether you are a veteran survivor or a new player, this pack adds a touch of humor to those clutch moments when the totem saves your life.
