Carpet-Ayaka-Addition: Ultimate Server Management for Minecraft

Carpet-Ayaka-Addition

Running a Minecraft server often means juggling dozens of small quality-of-life tweaks, bug fixes, and administrative tools. Carpet-Ayaka-Addition is a powerful Fabric-Carpet extension originally built for the AyakaCraft server, bundling a rich set of commands, game rules, and loggers that give server operators fine-grained control without bloating the vanilla experience. Whether you need instant waypoint sharing, enderman block management, or legacy behavior restoration, this add-on delivers it all in a lightweight, open-source package.

What Makes Carpet-Ayaka-Addition Stand Out

Unlike standalone mods that focus on a single feature, Carpet-Ayaka-Addition for Minecraft consolidates dozens of server-side utilities into one cohesive extension. It builds on the familiar Carpet mod framework, so if you already use Fabric-Carpet, the learning curve is minimal. The add-on introduces a robust waypoint system, entity behavior modifiers, and a collection of reintroduced legacy mechanics that many players miss from older versions.

Waypoint Commands That Simplify Navigation

The /address (or /ad) command is the heart of the waypoint system. It suggests the five most-used server-side waypoints, making it easy to jump between key locations. You can list waypoints by dimension, radius, or pinned status, and share them directly as Xaero-compatible waypoints. Teleporting to a waypoint is as simple as /address tp <id>, and you can rename, describe, pin, or remove waypoints on the fly. This turns server navigation into a seamless, collaborative experience.

Entity and Block Control at Your Fingertips

Carpet-Ayaka-Addition gives you surgical control over game mechanics. The /endermanBlockList command lets you switch between blacklist, whitelist, or vanilla modes for enderman block pickup, and you can add or remove specific blocks instantly. The /killitem command clears dropped items with a configurable delay, while /gohome teleports you straight to your spawn point. A quick /c toggles your gamemode between spectator and survival, and /tpt lets you teleport to any player on the server.

Powerful Carpet Rules for Every Playstyle

The true depth of Carpet-Ayaka-Addition lies in its extensive rule set. Each rule can be toggled via the Carpet interface, allowing server admins to customize behavior without restarting. Here are some highlights:

• accurateDispenser – Removes velocity randomness from dispensers and droppers, making item and projectile trajectories perfectly predictable.
• bedrockNoBlastResistance – Bedrock no longer blocks explosions, though it remains indestructible, opening up creative TNT setups.
• betterMobCap – Makes the mob cap affect pillager patrols and phantom spawning, preventing overwhelming raids.
• fakePlayerForceOffline – Forces fake players to spawn in offline mode, useful for bot management when allowSpawningOfflinePlayers is enabled.
• frostWalkerNoFreezing – Prevents Frost Walker boots from turning water into ice, preserving water builds.
• legacyArrowHitBlock – Reverts arrow recoil behavior to the 1.21.1 style for players who prefer the old physics.
• strictEndPortal – End portal frames only activate when placed in the same orientation as strongholds, adding a puzzle element.
• tickFluids – Toggle whether fluids receive scheduled and random ticks, giving you full control over water and lava flow.

These rules are organized into categories like AYAKA, CREATIVE, BUGFIX, and EXPERIMENTAL, so you can quickly find what you need. Many rules also interact with other Carpet extensions like Carpet TIS Addition and GCA, expanding their utility even further.

How to Install Carpet-Ayaka-Addition

Getting started is straightforward. First, ensure your server runs Fabric Loader with the Fabric-Carpet mod installed. Then download Carpet-Ayaka-Addition from its official Modrinth or CurseForge page and place the JAR file into your server's mods folder. Restart the server, and all commands and rules become available through the Carpet menu or directly in the console. For players who want a hassle-free experience, the foxygame.net launcher includes Carpet-Ayaka-Addition in its add-on catalog, allowing one-click installation with automatic version matching and updates, so you never have to worry about compatibility.

Supported Minecraft Versions and Loader

Carpet-Ayaka-Addition is built exclusively for the Fabric mod loader. It currently offers Long Term Support for a wide range of Minecraft versions, including 1.16.4-5, 1.17.1, 1.18.2, 1.19.4, 1.20-1.20.1, 1.20.5-6, 1.21.11, and the 26.1.x/26.2.x snapshots. Versions 1.14.4, 1.15.2, and 1.21-1.21.10 are supported until the next major snapshot release. The 1.19.2 version reached end-of-life with v0.3.1, but critical bugs may still receive patches. Always check the official documentation for the latest compatibility matrix before updating your server.

Loggers and Debugging Tools

Server diagnostics become much easier with the built-in Carpet loggers. The loadedChunks HUD logger shows the count of loaded chunks per dimension, with options to filter by dynamic, overworld, nether, or end. The movingBlocks console logger tracks block movement events, and the poi logger monitors points-of-interest changes, which is invaluable for village mechanics debugging. These tools help you spot performance bottlenecks and unexpected behavior without external profiling mods.

Why Server Admins Choose Carpet-Ayaka-Addition

This extension fills the gap between vanilla server management and full-blown mod packs. It respects the vanilla feel while adding exactly the tools that technical players and admins need. The waypoint system alone replaces several standalone mods, and the rule library covers everything from minor bug fixes to major gameplay overhauls. Because it's open-source under the GPLv3 license, the community can audit, modify, and contribute to its development, ensuring long-term reliability.

If you're ready to elevate your server, download Carpet-Ayaka-Addition today and explore a new level of control. Whether you're running a small private world or a large public network, this add-on adapts to your needs with minimal overhead and maximum flexibility.
