ApotSpawner Nexus: Virtual Spawner Automation for Minecraft

ApotSpawner Nexus cuts entity lag by processing spawner mobs virtually, storing loot and XP for Minecraft. Automate your farm today.

ApotSpawner Nexus

If you run a modpack with Apotheosis or Apothic Spawners, you already know the problem: a wall of mob spawners looks impressive, but it can drag a server to its knees. ApotSpawner Nexus is a high-performance automation and optimization add-on that processes supported spawner mobs virtually, so no persistent entities ever enter the world. Drops and experience flow straight into an upgradeable storage system built for automation.

Supported Minecraft Versions and Loaders

The add-on targets a wide range of releases, so you can match the file to your exact setup. Note that features marked for 1.21.1 require the NeoForge build.

  • Minecraft 1.21.1 with NeoForge, using Apothic Spawners
  • Minecraft 1.20.1 with Forge, using Apotheosis
  • Minecraft 1.19.2 with Forge, using Apotheosis
  • Minecraft 1.18.2 and 1.18.1 with Forge, using Apotheosis
  • Minecraft 1.16.5 with Forge, using Apotheosis

When you download ApotSpawner Nexus, always grab the file that matches your Minecraft version and mod loader. Mixing a NeoForge build with a Forge install is the fastest way to a crash report. If you would rather skip manual file hunting, the foxygame.net launcher keeps ApotSpawner Nexus and its dependencies aligned with your chosen game version, so the correct build is selected automatically before launch.

How Virtual Mob Processing Works

The core idea is simple: the spawner still "runs," but nothing physically spawns. Each virtual cycle generates loot and XP, then resets the spawner delay correctly to prevent duplicate rewards. You can toggle the whole system from the in-game interface to restore normal Apotheosis or Apothic Spawners behavior whenever you want. Special boss rewards are supported too, including Wither drops and balanced Ender Dragon XP.

Upgradeable Smart Storage

Items are stored separately by item type and by component or NBT data, which keeps enchanted gear from merging with plain drops. You start with one 36-slot storage page, and each reusable Storage Upgrade adds another page. Stack Upgrades double the capacity of every virtual slot, up to 100 upgrade levels. The system sorts the most abundant drops to the top-left of the first page and uses clean custom quantity labels while suppressing duplicate vanilla stack labels. Collect the spawner correctly and your storage, ownership, settings, and upgrades all come along with it.

Hopper, Pipe, XP, and Fluid Automation

Standard Forge or NeoForge item capabilities are exposed, so vanilla hoppers and compatible item pipes work out of the box. Extraction only, though — automation cannot insert items back into the spawner. To keep pipe networks predictable, the least-stored item is offered first, and a cached automation view avoids expensive full-storage scans on every query.

Experience is handled just as cleanly. Stored XP can be withdrawn from the GUI, or routed as apotspawner:liquid_experience to compatible tanks and fluid pipes at a default ratio of 1 XP = 20 mB. Mekanism, Ender IO, Pipez, and other Forge or NeoForge fluid handlers are supported. On NeoForge 1.21.1, Create Enchantment Industry is detected automatically and receives its native fluid at 1 XP = 1 mB, with no conversion recipe needed.

Tools, Enchantments, and Security

Apply redstone to a compatible spawner to unlock the Nexus system, then install the hard-to-craft Tool Upgrade for a dedicated tool slot. A sword, pickaxe, or other supported tool calculates virtual loot as if you were holding it, and Looting plus Apotheosis enchantments like Scavenger and Knowledge apply. Durability-based tools take damage during virtual kills to keep automation balanced.

On 1.21.1, every spawner can have an owner and a trusted-player list. Only those players can open the menu, change settings, withdraw through the GUI, or apply upgrades. Trust is managed from a dedicated Security tab with no commands required, and security is enabled by default via security.enabled in apotspawner-server.toml. Jade, JEI, and Carry On integrations round out the experience.

How to Install ApotSpawner Nexus

  • Confirm your Minecraft version and whether you run Forge or NeoForge.
  • Install Apotheosis or Apothic Spawners with their required dependencies.
  • Download ApotSpawner Nexus for that exact version and loader.
  • Drop the file into your mods folder and launch the game.

Liquid experience is meant for tanks and pipes only — it cannot be placed in the world or picked up with a bucket. Found a bug? Submit a report through the wiki, selecting ApotSpawner Nexus as the project and including your mod version, Minecraft version, loader, and reproduction steps.

Built by Beyond the Order for scalable modpacks and multiplayer servers, ApotSpawner Nexus delivers powerful spawner automation without the entity load. If your TPS has ever dipped because of a spawner room, this is the add-on that fixes it.
