Idaria Community Care Ascended - QoL Structures and More

Every seasoned survivor knows the struggle: you spend hours building the perfect base, only to be driven mad by the constant hum of generators, the frustratingly small storage boxes, and the tedious grind of resource management. The quality-of-life gap between what you want and what vanilla ARK provides can be vast. That is where the Idaria Community Care Ascended - QoL Structures and More mod steps in, offering a comprehensive suite of tweaks and additions designed to smooth out the rough edges of the ARK: Survival Ascended experience. It was initially crafted for the Idaria community server, but it is completely free for any survivor who wants a better, more streamlined gameplay loop.

Silence the Noise, Expand Your Horizons

One of the most immediate and satisfying changes this mod brings is the removal of noise from several key structures. In vanilla ASA, the constant droning of an Air Conditioner, Electric Generator, Fabricator, or TEK Generator can be a real immersion breaker. This mod silences all of them, letting you enjoy the ambient sounds of the island without the mechanical hum. The Standing and Wall Torches also get a quieter treatment, and they no longer require fuel to light up, which is a fantastic early-game boon.

Storage limitations are a universal pain point, and this mod tackles them head-on. The Bookshelf now holds 500 slots, the Large Storage Box jumps to 100 slots, and the Small Storage Box gets a bump to 45. The Smithy expands to 150 slots, and the Vault receives a massive upgrade to 500 slots while also taking up less physical space. Even the Icebox (Refrigerator) gets a boost to 100 slots and now accepts items like Hesperor Eggs, Lesser Antidote, Organic Polymer, and Leech Blood, making it a true one-stop preservation unit.

Efficiency and Range Improvements

Beyond storage, the mod increases the range of your Feeding Trough, TEK Feeding Trough, Electric Generator, and TEK Generator, meaning fewer refills and a larger area of effect for your base's vital utilities. The Grinder gets a complete overhaul: it is smaller, silent, and returns more than 150 of each resource (up to a max of 9999) when grinding items, making it a far more efficient way to reclaim materials. The Industrial Cooking Pot now holds more water, and the Industrial Forge and TEK Replicator come in smaller "Mini" versions, perfect for compact base layouts.

For those looking to streamline their mod management, using a dedicated launcher can make a world of difference. The foxygame.net launcher offers a one-click install feature for mods like Idaria Community Care Ascended - QoL Structures and More, ensuring you get the correct version compatible with your ARK: Survival Ascended build without the hassle of manual file placement. Its integrated add-on catalog makes discovering and updating your mods a breeze, keeping your game stable and up-to-date.

Game-Changing Additions: Mutations, Potions, and More

This mod isn't just about tweaking existing structures; it introduces powerful new items and creatures. The ICC Mutator is a breeding powerhouse that guarantees two mutations on babies when used during mating. It requires a Dragon Alpha and 10 Element per pulse, making it a significant late-game investment for serious breeders. There are also ICC Breeding, Grow, and Speed Potions available in Basic, Advanced, and Expert versions, giving you granular control over your tames' development. The ICC Breeding FIX potion is particularly useful, granting adult dinosaurs a 100% imprint bonus retroactively.

Adding a touch of whimsy, the mod includes Elisas Adminpony, a pink, flying Equus variant. This decorative animal is exclusively for the administrators of the Idaria server and cannot be used for combat. It's a fun, unique addition that shows the personality behind the mod. There are also WIP tree decorations, learnable from level 50, with three variants that can be switched with the "R" key when placing.
