Cybers Structures QoL+ (Crossplay) Mod Guide for ARK

Cybers Structures QoL+ (Crossplay)

Building a base in ARK: Survival Ascended can feel like a second job. Between managing resources, taming creatures, and defending your territory, the grind often overshadows the creativity. Cybers Structures QoL+ (Crossplay) changes that dynamic entirely. This comprehensive mod, inspired by the legendary Structures Plus (S+) from ARK: Survival Evolved, brings a massive toolkit of over 200 unique structures and recipes to ASA. It is not just a port; it is an independently developed project that honors its inspiration while introducing fresh mechanics designed specifically for the modern game.

Why Choose Cybers Structures QoL+ (Crossplay) for ARK: Survival Ascended

Server owners and solo survivors alike will find something to love here. The mod is fully configurable, meaning every feature can be tailored to fit a large multiplayer community or a private single-player session. This flexibility ensures that the gameplay experience matches your preferred style, whether you want a hardcore survival challenge or a more relaxed building sandbox. The mod supports the latest versions of ARK: Survival Ascended, and its crossplay functionality ensures that players on different platforms can enjoy the same features together seamlessly.

Core Mechanics That Redefine Base Management

The quality-of-life improvements are substantial. The Pull System allows you to gather resources from nearby containers and dinosaurs using a simple interface with options for "craft pull," "repair pull," and manual item pulling. You can exclude specific containers by renaming them with an asterisk (*) at the beginning, and the system is fully compatible with Visual Storage Containers. The Omni Tool takes this further, enabling advanced item transfers between inventories, dino scanning, and sending resources directly to dedicated storage from your own inventory.

For those who love automation, the Auto Crafter is a game-changer. It crafts items from any crafting station placed in its inventory, producing the maximum amount at a speed defined by server admins. No crafting XP is given, but the convenience is unmatched. The Transmutator converts dino types from Aberration to vanilla and vice versa, while the Mutator lets you assign gender, swap gender, allow breeding, pause aging, and even trigger a growth pulse.

Breeding and Taming Made Effortless

Raising babies has never been easier. The Nanny imprints and feeds baby dinos, and it even has a little BTT extra feature. The Hatchery incubates eggs and autonomously collects fertilized eggs, while the Propagator allows breeding and mutating inside cryopods. It is compatible with Dino Depot, Super Cryo Storage, and Pelayori. The Vivarium stores dinos in cryopods for resource and egg production, and the Cloning Terminal can clone dinos directly from cryopods. If you have ever misallocated stat points on a tame, the mod offers a way to reset them, and a Mind Wipe system preserves learned engrams, so you never have to relearn everything from scratch.

Resource Management and Production Enhancements

Gathering rare materials is a constant struggle in ARK. Cybers Structures QoL+ (Crossplay) addresses this with a resource grinding system that allows crafting of valuable items like Black Pearls. Recipes enable the conversion of Organic Polymer into standard Polymer, improving accessibility. The Item Aggrevator helps collect resources from around your base and distributes them to crop plots and dedicated storage units. The Farmer collects fertilizer and distributes it to crop plots, while the Gardener collects crops and can even remove the Greenhouse requirement, providing an extra boost defined by server admins.

Industrial Upgrades and Space-Saving Solutions

Every industrial structure gets a significant upgrade. The Tek Replicator is smaller, has more inventory slots, and is faster and quieter. The ChemBench can use power instead of gasoline, and the Industrial Forge and Fabricator are all streamlined for efficiency. The Tek Laboratory produces twice the output for the same recipe, and the Tek Stove and Tek Cooking Pot offer wireless crafting capabilities. The Charge Injector protects from Nameless and requires power, while the Gas Collector gathers gas balls from gas veins.

For those looking to streamline their mod management, the foxygame.net launcher offers a one-click install for Cybers Structures QoL+ (Crossplay), and its add-on catalog automatically checks version compatibility, so you can spend less time troubleshooting and more time building. The launcher also handles auto-updates, ensuring you always have the latest features without manual downloads.

Defense, Utility, and Specialized Structures

Defense is crucial, and the mod delivers with a range of turrets featuring advanced targeting systems. You can use the CS Multi Tool to copy and paste settings between turrets, saving precious time during setup. The Tek Shield Generator has instant power-on, can use power or element, protects against radiation, and has an adjustable range. The Healing Station keeps you and your tames healthy while fueled, and the Transmitter has a dino scan with tracking functions, can summon boss fights, and allows for transferring to other maps in the cluster.

Quality of Life Details That Matter

Small touches make a big difference. The Incinerator instantly destroys items placed inside. The Repair Station can repair items with wireless repair and automatic resource pulling. The Cryofridge has auto-claim and capture for babies. The Hitching Post and Tek Hitching Post provide a mating boost for dinos. The Air Conditioner has a far greater range and is more powerful, while the Wall Torch does not require fuel and has adjustable light settings. Even the Compost Bin is faster and can accept power for quicker crafting.

Doors and gates feature an auto-open and close function, and the Transfer Control Unit uses presets to send items to dedicated storage. The Water Intake does not require a water source, and the Beehive can add Rare Flowers to produce honey while providing a water source for anything in its range. The Generator and Tek Generator have adjustable ranges set by admins.
